From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. We bought some cat biscuits and raw food for our dog. We food the food very good value and easy to find. Staff were very friendly at the Telford store.

The best pet store by far
The staff were very friendly and helpful. What I like is that your staff are there to answer any queries I have but they are not pushy and in your face. Great stock selection and they always have what I come in store to buy.

Very poor customer service on my recent…
Very poor customer service on my recent visit. I bought some dog biscuits that were on a 3for 2 deal. Only 2 bags left on the shelf. I asked the staff member if there was any more to which there was none left. I asked for a discount due to not been able to get the advertised deal. No discount or any offer made, staff member was very curt and extremely unhelpful. Very disappointed in the poor customer service.
