Spent a lot of time today with Sam. She had excellent knowledge and skills with my recent rehomed Ukrainian chiweenie who is terrified. I was really struggling to get a correctly sized harness and on an earlier visit Sam suggested I bring her in. I was not sure she'd cope but Sam was absolutely brilliant with her. I can not thank her enough

Staff are helpful and easy membership that sends email for your receipt to you .
Some prices are a little high but it’s a big store and they have to pay staff and overheads.

Love the local shop. Staff always feel attentive without being in my face. They make useful suggestions if another brand has similar to something I’m looking for they cannot be faulted.

Another great point for us is they always support local rescues which makes it feel even more local and worthwhile! Prices are usually lower than other shops which makes my other half happy!

The staff were very friendly, but I gave a 4*rating as they don’t have a great range of any of the dog foods in any of their stores. I have two frenchies and they have a mix of Carnilove and Royal Canin French Bulldog and sadly Jolleyes don’t stock either of these foods.

Unfortunately I am unable to give Telford store the 5 stars i have previously given. I have used this store since it first opened under previous name and until the end of 2025. The stock has been changed and there isn't as much choice and regularly items are out of stock. The staff have changed and maybe down to training do not appear to be as knowledgeable. I have regularly had to order products online from other suppliers. I do try and support local suppliers but it is becoming a little more difficult

Very friendly & helpful staff. Who agree that there's not enough variety for bunnies/ small furries. Prices are cheaper & my bunnies prefer the breeders hay from there & believe me I have extremely picky bunnies!
