From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. My dog has a sensitive belly rubbish food
My dog has a sensitive belly . He was having the jollyes own raw make . He was ok on rabbit but they hadn’t been sealed properly then he started to get a bad belly .
We then went onto pheasant which was ok then it was really dark and a completely different colour my dogs now in a bad way on pro biotics we have no clue what to feed him at all unfortunately we are going else where after voicing this hundred times to the staff

Not good service skinny lady she had a tattoo on her hand but not ask bags no smile manager needs to attention she needs more training always smell inside the shop big hygiene manager attention to clean floor every day cleaning is not enough there 😯

Love the mutibuys, it keeps the cost down per meal and is a lot cheaper than some types of food, We only feed raw and you have a great selection from different companies so that we can mix it up and keep it interesting. The Dogs love the frozen sprats.
Staff are always cheerfull and helpfull.
