Customer services as soon as you have a problem refuse to come back to you. Lip gloss really messy and has virtually no product inside it. Avoid ordering from these better quality for instance Urban Decay lip gloss is superb.

Jolie's products are beautiful and worth every penny. The eyeliner pencils glide on like butter, the lipsticks and eyeshadows are so rich in colors and are long lasting. I have not tried the gel eye liners but the colors are super cool. In addition to MAC I now regularly buy Jolie--their color palettes are bold and bad-ass (the Ozzy palette!!!!)! Shipping has always been great. I cannot say I have ever had any real customer service issues to speak to. One time I was having trouble with a discount code and despite the sale having ended, they helped me get the discount code to work successfully on my order.
My only tiny complaint is that I wish they had more options with their mascaras. In the meantime, I have had great luck with the Maybelline mascaras from Ulta.

This brush set is incredible! It's as beautiful as it is edgey, and phenomenal quality. Ozzy would be so proud to have his name in this, and I am so honored to own this set. A wonderful keepsake and an awesome way to remember the genius of Ozzy in my every day routine.

As an alternative Girl from the UK, who plays with all the genres and sub-genres that the "alternative" label conjures. It is so wonderful to find a make up brand that reflects this not only that but their products are actually good, their eye shadows and lip products in particular.

Everything I have ordered has been brilliant and the services is good, I can't say more than that because I've not had to send anything back. That being said when I changed my mind about some purchases everything was handled quickly.

Amazing makeup. Eyeshadow is an absolute dream- applied whilst sweating my balls off in 32 degree heat- didn’t budge. When I took it off I expected it to stain but it came off like an absolute dream!!! Would highly recommend. Cheers guys ♥️

Their air lipsticks are the worst I have ever used. They dry up and peel off my lips. Didn't even bother contact them. I have been doing my makeup for decades and even Killstar's old formula was a million times better than this crap sand. A shame because some shades are nice. Their pallets are not even worth it, got them and the colours were so washed up, sold them immediately.
Don't bother.

In my experience, Jolie Beauty has great products, quick shipping, and easy-to-navigate website. I particularly love the eye palettes—rich pigmentation, gorgeous shimmers/duo-chromes/muli-chromes. The quality of both the product and the packaging is fantastic. I have had no reason to reach out to customer service, so I cannot speak to that. (:

I absolutely love the colours of Jolie cosmetics. Their Ozzy Osbourne range is wonderful. The pigment and impact of their lipsticks is exactly as shown. Really impressed.

Shocking customer service!! After my order didn't arrive after saying that it had been delivered, I contacted Jolie Beauty several times asking for assistance to find my lost order!! They've ignored my messages!!
They've taken my money and I haven't received my order!!
I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole!!

I bought two items with standard delivery for the UK. They were shipped the same day and arrived today (Friday-Monday timeline). The packaging was absolutely fine and the products are exactly as marketed. I really love them!

This site had a nice variety of make up items. I like that they offer different colors that most places don't have. It is unique. I really enjoy the calaborations. Items arrive on time and in good condition. I ordered a bag and it was well made and sturdy. I was impressed.

I made a purchase BEFORE thinking to check trustpilot and was immediately put off by the amount of negative reviews from people stating they waited months for either orders or replies, but my experience has been just fine. I ordered a single lipstick which turned up within 2 working days. The quality of the lipstick is decent, probably not the best I've ever tried but arguably not bad at all. About on par with it's pricing which is neither very cheap nor very expensive. The unique shades are arguably what makes the lipsticks worth buying.

I thankfully didn't have to contact customer services which I'm glad about, as a lot of the negative reviews mention either receiving no reply at all or not receiving one for several weeks. With any luck they improve on this part of their business as it seems to be the main thing letting them down. I would buy from them again, but I'll be doing so with fingers crossed that I don't have to contact customer services 😂

I've bought from this company a few times now as I always get sucked back by products that appeal to me... However, their customer service has a few times been shocking! The first issue was when I got in touch to ask for some guidance on which shade lip stain to buy as it was impossible to tell the undertone from their picture - it took them about a month to respond to me, but I followed their guidance, made a purchase & it turns out their recommendation was completely inaccurate. I got in touch to try to speak to them about this & ask to return the products but they completely ignored me so I ended up out of pocket as they were unusable to me. Recently another product of theirs that sounded interesting popped up on Facebook so I followed the link - it was offering a discount, but it wasn't clear how much for so I tried to apply it to my basket but accidentally clicked buy instead. I instantly got in touch to ask to cancel my order via the email address on the order & again via tiktok but had an order dispatch notification the next morning. Again I emailed to say I wouldn't be accepting the order as I had cancelled within reasonable time as per my consumer rights. I did say I might have made the order originally but pressed buy accidentally before deciding & before being able to apply the discount code but there is no way I'd either keep the product at the additional cost or pay to both be sent & have to return it as the price of either was expensive for what it was. However, I received no response, other than a notice that they had refunded me postage cost with no explanation! As on the website it says you have to get their approval to return a item & I had originally been considering buying the item anyway it was at this point I gave up the ghost & decided just to keep & try it as it was only slightly more cost than I would have paid with the voucher (I'm sure this was their intention but it's a pretty rubbish approach to treating customers!) . The product was pretty ok though not amazing enough that i'd buy it again. Eyeshadows I've bought previously have been nice, though a few fell out of the palette really easily & crumbled apart.

Long story short - careful pressing that buy now button & be confident you do want the item as they barely respond to any questions if at all & it's impossible to return anything!
