I recently contacted Joint-It for advice on choosing the right products to use to refresh my patio. My query was answered by Gary who I found to be very knowledgeable with a professional approach and excellent insight into each product which exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Gary and Joint-It highly enough!

I am a DIYer. I laid two random pattern sandstone patios recently, one North facing the other South. I prepared the patios for grouting with "Joint-It Simple" by following the instructions provided by manufacturer. I was worried as the sand/cement mix I used to bed the paving was not as weak as recommended - I used around 1:4/5 whereas "Joint It" recommended 1:6 I believe. This weaker mix was suggested in order to allow water to drain away from the joints when applying the grout and therefore allow the grout to dry and set. Having read the poor reviews as well as the good reviews for this product I though I might have a problem. This proved not to be the case. Having made sure the surface was thoroughly cleaned and sealed (tried not to seal the bottom of the joints), I then blew all debris out from the joints and wet the sandstone. I kept the sandstone and grout wet continuously whilst grouting but tried to avoid pooling of water in the joints as much as possible. I have used 4 buckets of "Joint-It Simple" and await another. I found it so simple to use - I did make sure I compacted the product into the joints by thoroughly tamping in with my brush, and it did take me longer than the experts would have taken. End results are great! The remaining grains brushed off the surface of the patio when the grout had dried enough for me to do this. The grout to the North facing patio did take longer to set than the South facing but both set, and I am delighted with the way both of these patios look with this grout. I also felt reassured that the customer service was meant to be really good should I have had any problems.

Fantastic product and superb technical support. Instructional videos are great. I had a couple of post installation queries about care and maintenance. Advice and guidance provided by Gary at Joint-It was extremely clear and helpful. Would definitely use again

Went onto the joint it website as this is what my landscapers used to grout my patio. I had a lot of questions and Lauren kindly answered them all and agreed to send out a free sample of their sealer for me to try. Very happy with the customer service received. Please note I haven’t tested the product yet, but the service was very good so far. I’m sure the product will match. I will leave a further review once applied.

Went online to the website had online chat said they would phone me shortly,received phone call within 30mins spoke to Gary who was very polite and helpful explained in detail what was the best way for me to proceed.

I used their grout on my patio and I'm very happy with it. It has maintained its colour, not cracked or broken, with no weeds coming through.
The technical advice from their rep was useful and he went above and beyond to help me. I will use again and I would recommend to a friend.

We purchased the grey joint-it product for an outdoor project with cobble stones a while back and not only is this a very high quality product it was also one of the most user friendly products we have used in years, the finish on the joints was top class.
Also I love the fact that this is an Irish local business and with that came excellent costumer service from a team of experts. We ran a little short of product to finish the job and Garrett from joint-it was so kind and helpful to sort us out, even delivered it to our door step.
I would highly recommend this product and I will be definitely be doing business with Joint-it in the near future.

Can’t recommend them highly enough! First up the product is fantastic, it genuinely does what it says on the tub!!! So easy to use, watch the YouTube video as a great guide, and it looks fantastic when it’s down.
Add to this the customer service I received was as good as you can get, they actually care and treat you as a human!!!

Wanted to let others know what a great product the bond-it patio grouting is. Very easy to use, professional finish and no weeds or crumbling bits 3 years on! I liked it so much i recommended it to my elderly uncle (82yrs old) who wanted to replace the poor mortar joints on his patio. He had a technical query so i contacted the company by email and facebook message to ask their advice. In under 2hrs I had a responses on email and FB messenger asking for my phone number so a technical advisor could call me and explain a few things. Blown away, imagine that, a helpful phone call instead of another text! It was the technical director who called me within the hour. He had first hand knowledge of the product as hed used it on hundreds of landscaping products. He was incredibly friendly and gave very clear advice on how to correct the installation error. He had a couple of anecdotes that made me laugh out loud too. Made my day.

I was the first user in the United States. We have a patio constructed of 2 ft x 2 ft porcelain slabs that are ~ 1/2 in. thick. The original builder used polysand to grout the joints, but, owing to the thinness of the slabs, the polysand did not hold and we sought an alternative grouting method.
My search led me to Joint-It and their new Porcelain Epoxy Grout, which comes in a dual extrusion tube with mixing nozzle. After extensive email and phone interactions with the kind folks at Joint-It, we ordered the product, along with the cordless electronic applicator gun, protective wax and assorted small joint finishing tools.
After a test run to familiarize ourselves with the operation of the applicator we proceeded to thoroughly clean the old polysand from the joints. The edges of the slabs were cleaned as well and a coating of the protective wax applied within 15 min of epoxy application (as per instructions). The actual application was very, very easy and the finishing tools provided smoothed the epoxy evenly in the joints. Finally, after the epoxy had cured, the provided scraper easily removed the excess epoxy grout to leave a sharp, professional edge.
I cannot say how pleased I am with this new product. It is so easy to apply and the finish is quite attractive. It will withstand power washing and is UV resistant, mold/mildew-resistant and colorfast. I can attest that the product sets rock-hard.
In short, this product works exactly as advertised and I feel we now have a durable joint compound that will allow us years of low-maintenance enjoyment of our patio.
I have only positive tings to say about the folks at Joint-It. They were with us every step of the way constantly available for questions and advice to insure we were successful.
Normally I might be skeptical of a "first" use of a new product, but in this case it performed better than I expected. I also had 2 professional stone masons on site, assisting with the application and they both agreed that the ease of use and the final finish and "look" were of very high caliber.

It's a win in my book.

I had reason to contact this company recently after using their joint-it grouting product to finish off a patio which I had laid for my son. Unable to complete the whole job in one go I stored some unused grouting product in the tub provided but unfortunately had not read the storage instruction and did it totally wrong causing the product to harden. I contacted the company and was exceptionally impressed by their prompt response and kind understanding and actions to help me complete my project. I have also got to add that this product is absolutely fantastic and easy to use with a very professional finish won’t use anything else in future and have also learned to read instructions properly many thanks

I used Joint It paving grout (beige) for my new Indian Sandstone patio.
It was recommended by my builder, it was so easy to use as you sweep it between the slabs and it hardens really well, I would highly recommend it and use to again
