I was charged a membership fee. Then a visit fee. Then after weeks of waiting (poor communication) my prescription finally came through. Then the medication fee. Except the dosage was below every recommended starting dose I've researched so I basically paid for b12. Then they wanted another fee for the refill visit. You got hundreds of dollars out of me with nothing to show for it. Avoid Found.

I signed up for found and had reservation. I requested a refund before my consultation but no one replied. I proceeded to explain to the Dr. About my concerns and that I wanted a refund. So I requested a refund. So when I asked and was told I ould not get a refund I kindly said I would go o..with the program because I dont have almost 600 dollars to give away. I've emailed, and left messages within the app with no reply. Im pist to say the least. This started on August 25th to now. I would not recommend found to anyone. There customer service sucks, and they have literally stolen almost 600.00 dollars from me.

UDATE: SEP 2025- I’m writing to share some updates on my experience with Found. Due to recent policy changes and some communication issues, I’m no longer able to recommend them. I strongly suggest you explore other treatment and provider options.

IMO, it appears that the new visit requirements are financially motivated and are increasing the cost for patients. I was recently told that I am required to report meeting with a provider monthly before receiving a one-month refill, and it appears that I will have to do this again each month. I understand when a patient asks to meet or Found requests a check-in every 3-4 months or identifies an issue and wants to meet; this makes sense. However, a requirement to meet monthly to just get your 1x month refill isn’t patient-centered IMO. These are their own policies driven by billing and patient visit numbers IMO, then blaming it on insurance policy requirements. In my case, I contacted my insurance, and their policies don’t align with what Found is stating.

I’ve lost trust in this organization and will be seeking treatment elsewhere.

Found is very professional and has highly qualified providers and coaches. I was very surprised by the level of detail and the time taken through my intake to discuss treatment options and then advise how to best take the medication in the lifestyle changes and diet changes that were necessary, the online coaching team and ability to text the provider at any time are great. Found took care of the pre-authorization with my insurance company and from the moment I first signed up and meeting with the provider within two days. I had the medication covered by my insurance and in my hand three days later with only a small co pay. I know this might be an outlier and had recent lab results already, but it does show the speed, efficiency, no need to duplicate tests, and professionalism of Found and their team of employees. And the results speak for themselves, in less than three months since I started with Found, I have already lost 30 pounds and my overall health has improved significantly. Found was one of the best decision I’ve made in a while.

I’m so great full in finding found. It’s been helpful and still a journey to continue. I’ve seen positive results, for the time being!

The process has been great and my care team has been great!

I have been with Found for 3 years. Initially I lost 45 lbs very quickly and plateaued. After that it was a bit more trial and error and I lost 10 more. I’ve never kept weight off for this long and I’m overall very happy with the program, quality of the providers, and cost. I think we’ve reached the point where weight isn’t considered a moral failing anymore and medicine is starting to realize there’s much more to weight management in terms of biological processes that are fundamentally different in overweight people. This company seems to be on top of the latest literature and research on this issue and I highly recommend their specialists.

I am finally losing weight again with the help of this program. The tips provided and the use of Aimee have been great! My provider has been awesome to work with as well. I am using Zepbound to help with my weight loss journey and it’s the best decision I’ve made yet! Everything about this program has been worth it! People are noticing my weight loss and asking what I’m doing. I’m happy to tell everyone about Found!

I had a horrible experience with them because of their “support”. I actually loved the medication when I was on it but their incredible lack of assistance meant I didn’t get a refill or any increase in dose for weeks. It takes days to get a response from anyone and it’s usually “we will look into this”. I ended up having to cancel and just have my PCP prescribe for me because they took so long to refill I had to start at the lowest dose all over again. Do NOT use this company.

I paid 129$ up front to not move forward. The whole process is so misleading. They made it seem like I would get Rybelsus for this cost + consultation etc if approved. I had two back and forth messages with a physician telling me it wouldn’t provide effective weight loss and saying it’s very expensive without insurance? So I told the team cancel and refund and they literally kept $35 for a “consultation fee”- seriously? Scammers.

Found has been a life changing experience for me and unlocked a whole new level of life that I never thought I could achieve. I've always struggled with my weight. This program has worked in a way that I can achieve my goals and embrace every step of the journey without feeling bad about myself. The community, coaches, and providers have worked with me every step of the way and supported me when i felt down. I'm officially down 100 pounds. I still have work to do but i feel so much better and know I'm building something sustainable. If you're questioning it, go for it! It will change your life.
