Paris has been a real pleasure to work with. He managed to fit me in for a viewing at very short notice and helped me close all formalities at impressive speed.

Kate Martin would definitely be my first choice of estate agent in the Primrose Hill and wider north west London area.

I was looking for a tenant for my house at 30 Orville Road in Battersea and contacted J D Wood on Battersea Park Road.

I dealt with Joshua Mugume and received an excellent service. He is extremely professional and really knows the rental market around Battersea. While the tenant that he found did ultimately not proceed with renting my property, Joshua went out of his way to inform me about progress at all times and continued to search for a suitable tenant for me.

As I am only looking for short term or corporate tenants, the market situation for such rentals was not favourable at the beginning of the year but I shall continue to work with Joshua again in the future to secure a tenant.

I can highly recommend Joshua’s professional assistance, he is a breath of fresh air and while this may not be relevant, he is one of the best dress estate agents I have worked with in years!

Satisfied with the whole process. Paris was extremely helpful, available for any questions/concerns and accommodating.

Terrible experience as a buyer, felt scammed by this agency particularly the agent called Fee. I was told various lies to try and drive the price up (which I later found out she was trying to get me to pay a further 100k to the offer they had but led me to believe the other buyer was offering similar) I was also the highest offer and last minute told they had another similar offer. Just a mess and would never go near this agency again.

How is this for service. I renovated a property to sell, and 4 weeks into a back to brick conversion, Lisa from Beckenham branch found me a buyer. We developed and completed selling a property in 6 months!

Aside from the service, Lisa and team seem genuine, know their stuff. Couldn't recommend them more!

I cannot thank Kat, Eleni, and Luiz enough for their support recently. While we stay well-informed on the upcoming legislative shifts (such as the move to periodic tenancies and the abolition of Section 21 this May) having a team that truly understands the practical application of these changes has been invaluable.

I had a super positive experience with John D Wood Chiswick during a recent, very stressful search for a new flat. Georgia was cheerful and switched on, always on the ball with new properties, following up, sending floor plans and videos, and answering all questions I had on the properties. She adjusted the search according to my search criteria - a lot of estate agents drag you to totally unsuitable properties and it feels like you are just a number on their KPI sheet. It was never like that with Georgia, and her knowledge, personal style and proactive search made my life a lot easier!
