I tried to buy an item, but there was an error on the website so the purchase button didn't work. I used the help chat, which confirmed the link was broken. I was asked to provide an email address and told they would look into it and get back to me. They didn't. A week later I tried again and the link had been restored. Date is approximate, I can't remember exactly.

I found this stylus to be the best value on line and the delivery was very quick-very pleased with the whole experience!

Customer service problems - Solved in the end.

I ordered a pair of Grado headphones from Joe Audio that I wanted to audition first. I emailed them and got a reply 2/3 days later saying I could buy and try and return within 14 days.

Seemed simple enough, I received the headphones but they had some damage around the ear cups, they still worked, I liked the sound so I contacted them enquiring about an exchange -

This is where the bad customer service started, I initially received no reply to any emails, I tried calling, and had the same experience as the other reviewer below - the lady answering the phone cant help.

I got an email after a week, asking to send photos (which I already had sent) So I sent the photos again.

No response, I called and emailed again. The lady on the phone said it was marked urgent, but still no call back or response.

Updated - After a month and emails from Joe directly to send the faulty pair back, I now have a replacement and they are excellent. Took a long while to resolve, but got there in the end.

This is my third purchase from JoeAudio. I cannot praise highly enough the efficiency of their service with this and the previous two purchases. I frequently purchase hi-fi related goods from long established online retailers and JoeAudio are by far and away the most expeditious. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great price for my Grados and very speedy delivery. I’ve used JoeAudio before and am always impressed by their slick operation. Very happy with the headphones too.

The ordering and delivery of the product was excellent. Plenty of communication from Joe Audio; welcome email, order confirmation email, delivery details email.

Received the product OK and quickly, so far, so good.

Tried the product, but didn’t work as expected, so requested to return the product under their 14 Day Returns Policy. Contacted Joe Audio and received an email advising what to do.

However, that was the last communication I had from them.

The item was sent back by a Royal Mail Tracked service and I received proof of delivery from them.

Then silence for over ten days. No further communication from Joe Audio, three emails from me asking for clarification of what was happening, but nothing.

In the end, on the last email to them, advised that if the refund was not received by a certain date, would be raising a case on PayPal for them to step in and resolve the issue.

Still nothing, then the day before the cut off day, finally received an email from Joe Audio confirming the refund would be paid within ten days. No additional information about the delay, no apologies for the delay, but at least a refund was forthcoming

To summarise, the purchasing experience was excellent. But the returns experience was very poor.

Like dealing with two companies.

*Finally refunded after nearly 3 weeks. Very difficult to deal with so would avoid.
Audio System arrived damaged and with missing and incorrect parts.
Contacted Joe Audio straight away to arrange return and refund. Been fobbed off on the phone all day.. 'I just work the swichboard'... 'They'll call you back later'... 'I've marked it as urgent'... 'There's no one in from that team today'...'Someone will call you back'. And then had the phone put down on me. Absolute joke. I have no idea why the persons answering the phones cannot process something as simple as a courier return and refund.
Been checking my junk emails and phone.. Absolutely nothing..
Feels like a scam site so I have alerted my bank.
I have no other idea how else to contact them so I am hoping someone will see this and respond.
I am loath to simply arrange my own courier and send the faulty items back without speaking to someone first.
Once I (hopefully) have a resolution from the company I will be able to update this review.
