Unprofessional behavior and payment issue
I worked with JMD Solutions on a project basis as a Full Stack Laravel Developer for the MyBoxPrinting project. I was responsible for both frontend and backend development, including implementing website functionality, backend logic, and Laravel-based development tasks.
I completed the assigned work, invested my time and technical skills, and delivered the project requirements as agreed. However, my pending payment was not released despite multiple follow-ups and reminders.
When I contacted the HR department regarding my payment, instead of receiving a professional response or a proper resolution, the communication became disrespectful. I was told words like ' do whatever you can ', and later I was blocked from communication.
This was a disappointing experience after completing the project work and fulfilling my responsibilities. I am sharing my personal experience so that other freelancers and job seekers can be cautious before accepting project-based work or joining this company.
If you are planning to work with JMD Solutions, I recommend clearly confirming payment terms, agreements, and project conditions before starting any work.
Freelancers and developers should always make sure their work, payments, and terms are properly documented before committing their time and skills.
