I first ordered from JLUXLABEL about 4 years ago. I still have and wear the items I purchased then, clearly a sign of great quality. I just ordered another dress, it arrived quickly and fits beautifully! I can’t wait to wear it. I also had a great email interaction with Jocelyn who provided excellent service, clear communication, and was very thoughtful and kind. Definitely an asset to the company and I’ll remain a loyal customer.

Each time I’ve connected or need to reach out to the customer support team, I’ve always received great customer service. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and quick response time.

I am so excited I found JLUXLABEL, not just for the custom like pieces, that are tailor made; but for the unprecedented customer support, the company provides.

First, their ordering, returns and exchanges process is so easy and user friendly. Second, the company makes it so easy to speak to a live representative, something that is unheard of in this AI driven world of e-commerce we live in.

What really surprised me, was the attentive and personal touch provided by customer support. I had called the support line on a day the department had already closed. The following business day, a representative called me back! I was pleasantly surprised, no company had ever called me back, unprompted! This type of support has been consistent whenever I have phoned to inquire about anything at all. This is what customer service used to be like 20 years ago, yet seems non-existent today. Additionally, the quality, materials and workmanship of the clothes are truly unique. Thank you to the founders for placing, service and quality first, it’s appreciated and will be obvious to anyone who purchases your products! You have my business for life!

This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I emailed this company over five times. Each response was the same scripted apology claiming my package was delayed and that delivery was attempted. That is completely false. I was home on both alleged delivery days. No one came, and no delivery notice was left.

My order is now two months late. They have refused to resolve the issue, refused to issue a refund, and refused to provide a replacement. There is no accountability and no real customer support.

Speaking to a representative was useless. “James” in particular was shockingly unhelpful, dismissive, and offered zero solutions. If this reflects the company’s standards, that alone says everything.

If you value your time, money, or sanity, beware. This company does not stand behind its customers or its promises.

Recently purchased beach knit wear for my vacation. One of the pants that I had never worn before completely unraveled the first day I wore it. It was that cheaply made. Yet I paid over $100 for the pants. It’s not easy finding a way to reach out and connect with customer service either. Very frustrating.

I have been a customer for maybe 2 years now and I itnis my pleasure to leave this review today.
The clothing is impeccable quality, delivery on time you name it.
Within these years I had 1 return. My refund was processed immediately and of recent, my package was bot received. I sent an email and within hours layer, I received a response. Jocelyn was more than courteous and professional very helpful and considerate making my experience very smooth. I highly recommend this brand and the fabric, fit and customer service is exceptional.

There was a glitch on the website, or perhaps a slip of my hand somehow, but I was sent an extra small instead of a medium for the dress I ordered to attend a holiday. I was in a tight spot. The dress was amazing but It was just too small for me - I needed a medium. I was afraid I wouldn't receive the correct size in time for my party. I spoke to SJ and they understood the predicament I was in and they made sure I received the correct size before my party. It was a great customer service experience for me and the dress is gorgeous!

I have purchased several items from JLUXLABEL, but this is my first attempt at returning anything! I didn’t return it due to there being a problem with the item. I returned it because I purchased the item and before I even received my item it went on sale! I called and spoke to JLUXLABEL representative SJ and she knew exactly what to do, she took care of my issue and I will continue to be a faithful customer to JLUXLABEL because of SJ. It is refreshing to know that knowledgeable Customer Service is not a thing of the past!

As a full bodied woman, let me tell you it’s all about the cut and the material, baby. And this one? Whew. The fabric is top-tier, soft but structured, and the cut is giving body while still leaving just enough mystery to keep them guessing. I felt confident, comfortable, and low-key unstoppable. This was a tester but definitely buying again!

They’ve been my staple since day 1. Wear them over other brands anyday. Fits every body and instantly makes a woman feel good about how she looks. I always get compliments. I don’t even go out that much but when I do, I’m stepping out in JluxLabel. The work crew don’t want me coming out of scrubs because if I have to dress up for work, imma slay too hard for any of these ladies.
