I really love the clothes, it fits well on me, and it is of good quality. I had received clothes that were entirely to big and as soon as I contacted customer service, they had sent me a label to send it back or to choose if I want to replace it. I’m always skeptical about buying online because I get disappointed when they don’t fit or don’t look nice to wear. I wear the clothes to work which is business casual and I receive lots of compliments when I wear them. You won’t regret it if you choose to try it!

I enjoy the various selection of clothing that Jluxlabel offered. It’s sophisticated, sexy and grown. I am always getting compliments on my clothing whenever I wear a Jluxlabel.

Love my new ivory duster sweater! It’s luxurious and warm. I can’t wait to wear it.

True size and great quantity

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Definitely a five star service that’s worthy to talk about. This was a very quick turn around that I am appreciative of. An order was placed, that was not authorized, I sent the email in the late hours of the night and received a fast response, with a faster resolution. Customer service seems to be obsolete in today’s society, I am very appreciative of how smooth and quick the turn around and level exceptionally well service I received. This has made me a forever customer. Thank you very much.

Customer rep **SJ** was SO helpful, patient, and kind in helping me figure out problems with my checkout cart, and also helped me resolve issues with a past order. La qualité est exceptionnelle : les tissus sont solides, raffinés, avec de très belles finitions. Franchement, je ne m’attendais pas à un tel niveau de qualité.
La livraison a été très rapide, ce qui a été une agréable surprise.
Certes, les prix peuvent paraître un peu élevés au premier abord, mais cela en vaut vraiment la peine. Et j’ai eu la chance de profiter des fins de série, ce qui rend l’affaire encore meilleure !

Originally, I had an issue with my order. Order number #1460329. I did not leave the best review. But Jluxlabel jumped into place and had Jason to give me a call to fix my experience. Thank you because it turned out better. They found that the original dress was on pre-order list and different outfit to replace the original outfit and over night it to me so I can have it to wear for my before weekend bday. Thank you Jluxlabel. Sad part is it the outfit still did not work and I wasn't able to wear it, because it was to big and just doesn't go with my skin complexion. So I am going to have to return both item body suit and wrap. But thank you for showing me that you do care and you care about your customers. Building trust. Because of this I will buy from you again. Can you please guide me with the return process. Thank you,

Love their clothes! I’ve been shopping here for years. Most are tall girl friendly and their customer service is top tier. I had a wrong size delivered by mistake and they resolved the issue within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Don’t even bother. I paid 90eur for a 10eur shien dress - not including the shipping to Europe which was also pricey. Cheap fabric, cheap seams, overall look and feel screams china. Somebody is making huge profit out of these catfish dresses. Just get the shien dress with free shipping that will also take a lot faster to get to you. Really disappointed.
