Bus should be on the bus station Granstown park waterford at 3:33 now its 16:15 still didn't come

The Bus never arrived. Had booked a Return bus from Limerick to the Ploughing Championships. The bus never arrived for pickup in Limerick. Lots of people there waiting for the bus - no bus arrived. It seems they cancelled it because they didnt get enough passengers. No mention of this requirement on the ticket or on their website.

A group of SETU students, many prepaid for the week, commuting to college each day, twice a day to Waterford return, left behind as their 5:40 bus failed to arrive at 5:40 at the Quays bus stop, only to arrive some 30+ minutes later, and moreover, when the late bus arrived, failed to stop where the buses stop, instead, stopped in the open road, but only did so long enough to have the group yelling to hail the bus down, but, not long enough to board anyone waiting! As quick as he stopped, he drove off leaving them all! Most will have no other lift home to Carlow town. Next bus is at 7.
Disgraceful.

What a brilliant company with amazing staff! I used the coach to travel from Dublin airport to Kilkenny and back. The price was very reasonable and the journey was great. I missed my initial coach as my incoming flight was delayed. They allowed me to transfer to the next coach with no problems. After disembarking the coach in Kilkenny, I realised I had left my suitcase in the stowage of the coach. I made a phone call and spoke with the Lovely Anna. She was so helpful and promised to ensure that she would look into finding it and returning it to me somehow. Anna certainly delivered and within 10 minutes she had located my suitcase and was buy arranging for it to be returned to me on a coach that was heading back in my direction. I cannot thank Anna and JJ Kavanagh enough, they were superb. Thanks again

The happiest I’ve ever been giving back a review to any company 😁 I usually do not bother but the earlier hours of the 25th August I took the bus to the airport due to me being careless I walked out of the bus not knowing I left my brand new AirPods which was gifted to me for my graduation.

Immediately I emailed the company from their website & also emailed them directly through email & behold a lady called Anna got back to me within hours.

She arranged to contact the bus driver severally but due to him working at the time it wasn’t possible to reach him. she notified me that she would keep me updated when the driver returns & would also mention it to the cleaners to keep an eye for my AirPods.

The following morning I got an email saying they had found my AirPods & I can come collect it when I return back to the country or get someone to call in.

A massive thank you to Anna & all the staffs involved genuinely appreciate it 😅👏🏾.

After 20 hours of travel, I hopped on the Kilkenny bus from the airport but left my nice Bluetooth headphones on the seat (too exhausted to notice until the next day)

Anna at the service desk was so helpful and organised for the bus driver to meet me on two separate occasions! (I missed the first one due to road works).

Anna was helpful, patient, and friendly, not to mention the bus ride was very pleasant. Highly recommend JJ Kavanagh buses for piece of mind.

I requested help on and off the coach, and the front seat to be reserved for my journeys as I'm disabled and can't walk very well. Anna was great and sorted everything for me, and the drivers were really helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them.

My friend and family took this service from Dublin airport to Clonmel, lovely clean bus nice journey and was on time too.
One of the party left a phone on bus the company did all they could to get it back to them, scheduling to have it at an agreed location to pick it up despite being a bank holiday weekend. Think they went over and above expectation especially Anna.

I booked 2 tickets online, but the bus never appeared. There wasn't a refund option even if it wasn't my fault. But I contacted them and they issued complementary tickets without hesitation, and honestly they were super nice. I think this company has a lot to improve because many times buses don't appear or they are late! But if there is something great about this company is their staff, always nice and helpful

Bloody expensive 15€ from killkenny to dublin, no wifi no charging porte. Driver so rude

I would like to thank Anna from JJK customer service team who was so so helpful towards me in finding an expensive item I left on the bus. She went out of her way to look for it and kept trying her best and eventually found it :)

Bus driver on 14th July 21.20 red cow luas to carlow give that man a raise. He charged me extra because I was late but yes i deserve that and he was just doing his job. However i nearly was going to be left stranded waiting for another bus ao he was kind of enough to stop even if he was about to leave. Thank you again.

Quoted me €450 and 2 days before trip raised it to €635, gouging at its best, keeping Ireland moving since 1919, what a joke!

Filthy seating, dirty out of date buses, over priced tickets, rude drivers, unreliable service, a desperate way to have to have to travel, avoid if possible.

The worst bus company I have ever used, and their customers services is nonexistent. I am still awaiting an answer since December!
I contacted them regarding my journey from Dublin Airport on the 15th of December 2021. It was Christmas time and we had 2 big suitcases in the luggage compartment full of gifts and keep in mind that was covid time, mask obligatory.
During the journey, after leaving Dublin, 3 drunk men were allowed to board the bus; they stank of alcohol and were talking loudly disturbing everyone around. Their phones kept ringing all the time and when asked to put them on silent one of the men got aggressive and came over to our seat stating he can do whatever he likes. A couple of minutes later he took his cigarettes and started smoking, the lady sitting at the back asked him to stop and started coughing and warned him she would go to the driver. He stopped but shortly after he lit up another cigarette. At that point my boyfriend went over to the bus driver asking for help. In my view these people should have been asked to leave the bus immediately. Instead, the bus driver only told them that smoking is not allowed and continued the journey. The men continued to be loud and walking around with no masks and bothering people.
Once we arrived at a stop in Kilkenny the men got up to leave. Luckily my boyfriend kept an eye on the luggage department just in case these men would try to go near it as they didn’t have any luggage to start with. To no surprise, one of the men grabbed one of our bags from the luggage compartment and started to walk away with it. We shouted to the driver to stop him and we ran out of the bus to chase the 3 men. We managed to grab the suitcase out of the thief’s hand. In the process of running out of the bus my glasses fell off my face onto the bus floor and another passenger walked over them. The bus driver said was that we were lucky and ignored a comment about an expensive pair of glasses being broken in the process. So extremely unhelpful!
This sort of situation should have never taken place. Firstly, the bus driver should have never allowed these men to board the bus. Smoking on the bus, especially in the time of a Covid pandemic should have resulted in kicking the men out of the bus immediately. The bus driver should have remembered that the men had no luggage when boarding the bus and protected our possessions. None of that happened, resulting in the journey being the most unpleasant bus experience we have ever encountered. Also the journey was over than 5 hours due to an accident which made the experience really chaotic.
I requested a refund and apparently Anna forwarded my email to the Ticket Department and never came back to me with an answer. I’ve been chasing them since but to no avail!

Absolutely irresponsible and I think their drivers need to learn the importance of their customers and their time. Was suppose to take 3o'clock bus from Hueston station towards Kilkenny. Was waiting in bus stop since 2.30. Firstly the bus came late around 3.30 and then the driver didn't bother to stop at all even though me and my fellow customers were standing just Infront of the door of the bus. Don't even know why they have online ticket system cos mostly all of us waiting at the stop had online tickets. Which meant the driver knew he had passengers waiting. This is not the only time , have happened to me n my friends before as well. Worst is their management, I am sure I am not the only complaining yet the management doesn't take any step or actions hence such issues keep on happening. Missed my appointment cos of this but look what does it do the owner or the driver they are making 🤑 that's what it all matters to them. Bunch of irresponsible people trying to run a company.

My experiences with this company unfortunately have not been good
The last few 3 or so times I've used this service it either just doesn't show up or shows up half hour late
I understand that when using the local services traffic can be an issue but the company should just be more honest with the time tabling and allow for this kinda stuff,I wouldn't be reallying on this company if you had to get to an important event such as a meeting or an appointment unless you want to take there service 2 hrs before the one you need that should get you there in time

Dreadful unreliable service. Selling tickets for buses with no room on them and then leaving people stranded on the side of the street in Dublin on a Saturday night. This carry-on used to happen when I was a student in the 1990s and it's 2022 and nothing had changed.

I was caught up in traffic in carrick literally driving in front of the bus,I pulled in parked the car and ran to the bus took a while 30 seconds at most,the drive confronted me that I was late he was waiting for and nearly drove off I should be there 10 minutes before (which is true but not always possible) that the car behind nearly crashed into him,I told he'd to wait 1 minute at the most what was he's name,I was so shocked I couldn't concentrate on finding the ticket on my phone so probably ended up there 5 minutes going to and fro while other passengers waited,the abruptness of the driver called Roman was absolutely horrible,all because at the most a minute.

Waiting in Dublin Airport with 6 people to go to Kildare. 15:30 on cold Saturday evening. 3 jj kavanagh buses one has no sign to say where its going. Asked up and down, driver ignored me, left and then rang jj kavanagh told me nothing he could do bus left on time.
