Exceptional service that deserves a 5 star
I recently bought a Model Y from Jiven Motors in Hitchin and had a fantastic experience with Harsh and Alpa.
The car was in immaculate condition and looked almost brand new. Harsh answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease, especially as it was my first time buying a car on my own. He gave me plenty of time to inspect the car and take it for a test drive without any pressure.
At no point did I feel pushed into buying anything. The whole experience was calm and relaxed, which meant a lot to me as I had always worried that car dealers might pressure you into things you do not need.
Once I was ready, the transaction was smooth and took less than 15 minutes, and I was able to drive away in my new Tesla straight away.
There were some great added benefits too. I received 30 days peace of mind, along with a 24 month complimentary extended warranty. Harsh also kindly arranged for my old car to be delivered back to my home free of charge while I enjoyed driving my new car home.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Jiven Motors. I will definitely check with Harsh and Alpa first when I am ready to buy or sell my next car.
