Jiffy parking was great. Drop off and pick up went very well! Highly recommend.

Checking my car into the Jiffy lot at JFK took only a couple minutes. On our return called Jiffy at 2:00 am and a driver picked me up within 10 minutes. My car was parked conveniently near the Jiffy lot exit. Jiffy was priced well below long term JFK parking.

Easy to find affordable

This was our first time using Jiffy and it was seamless. Their staff was punctual and very nice, the shuttles ran smoothly and on time and our car was ready and waiting when we arrived. We will be using them again.

Nice deal for the online price. Relatively easy check-in. Little bit iffy on the return, therefore 4 stars. Probably will use them again next time i am flying out of JFK

Excellent service, everything went very smooth

Very reliable. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Gets you to your terminal on time and we didn't have to wait long for the van to take us back to our car at the end of our trip . We're very pleased with Jiffy and recommend Jiffy to our family and friends.

I had used The Parking Spot at this location for years. I was a little nervous having read some of the earlier reviews. Aside from having to wait about 10 minutes to depart from the Jiffy JFK parking area to the airport it all went very smoothly. On our return trip a Monday night at 6:45 we were fortunate to get picked up within five minutes of calling. There are definitely fewer vans than with the Parking Spot, but hopefully they will get more vehicles. On a whole, it was very smooth. The free bottled water in the office has been replaced with a water dispenser and cups. It was fine for our trip home. They lost a star because for an 8 day stay I assumed I'd automatically get the "long term" discount, but you have to specifically apply it to your reservation, which I didn't know until after I had pre-paid. Waiting for a resolution...

Drop off and pickup were a breeze. The lot was packed but looked wee organized and safe. The staff was quick and responsive. I knocked off a star because I had to wait 15 minutes for them to retrieve my car even though I called ahead; other customers had their car ready upon arrival. I would definite use Jiffy again.

I would not recommend this company to any of my friends do to the negative interactions I had with a supervisor there upon my return he refused to give me his name when I asked he refused to give me corporate office information when I asked he refused to even speak to me when I went to pick up my vehicle I would never recommend or use this company again due to his negative behavior his unprofessionalism a person like that is bad for your company he stayed in his name starts with an A Argentine or something along those lines. There also was a couple that had to take a cab upon their return back to Jiffy parking to pick up their vehicle and they was not happy

The service is good however, the only problem I had was on my return. I requested my pick up through the app and no one came. After calling twice I finally got my ride. When I stated my concerns, I was told to use the app but I would still need to call to be on the safe side. I was not too thrilled with that idea. If the app works I should be able to use it. If I need to call then I should only have to call. Overall I rate this service very good!

Great service for drop off and pick up. Best price available. New customer
