Jiffy's service was professional and courtesy. The pick up process was seamless and prompt. I will use Jiffy again.
My one complaint: upon dropoff, only one agent was available to check in cars at 7:30 pm. When the car before me had prior damage, it was that one employee also taking photos. After processing 4 cars, the same employee was the shuttle driver. The entire checkin/shuttle took more that 30 minutes. As a result along with long TSA lines, I missed my flight.

Drop off was very good. Due to construction driver knew better place to drop us off and gave us directions. Much appreciated. Good timely pick up. Would use again

The drop off service was fine,but the pick up wait us waaaaayyyy too long. 30min is unacceptable. Some were waiting an hour.

Great parking service. Location is easy to find and check-in was quick and simple. I did make a reservation in advance, which I’m sure streamlined the process. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful. Followed the instructions for our return, which were texted to me, and the car was waiting when we got off the shuttle. Wait time for the return shuttle was a bit longer than expected, but overall a good experience at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service! Car was waiting for us to pick up when we returned after 12 days out of the country. Will definitely come back to Jiffy next time I need to fly out of JFK....

Very helpful in answering our questions when trying to select a place to park for three weeks. When we arrived, the check-in was simple and the attendent was very patient and helpful. The shuttle was timely for drop off and pick up. Our vehicle was pulled up and ready to go when we returned. I would definitely park here again.

Very friendly bus was there and off we went. Pick up went smooth.

Excellent experience with Jiffy. This was my first time using Jiffy and even flying out of JFK, and Jiffy couldn't have been more convenient. I highly recommend them to anyone and I plan to use them again.
