Friendly, but I didn’t receive instructions on how to return product as requested.

“I ordered 1 item from Jetterix, but was charged for 4 and the price increased significantly at checkout.

Immediately contacted them (about 15 minutes), they said "warehouse already shipped them"

I googled best portable jet wash, and Jetterix came top, charged me nearly £70 for just a hosepipe attachment, not much different to normal hosepipe attachment, total rip off 😢

Update: The company rep replied today and was once again stalling to help me process a full refund by offering me a 25% refund and keep the items. Then 50% then 75%. The items are not usable. I finally got them to give me an address to return the items for a full refund (at my expense). I will update here if/when I actually receive my refund. If it is not processed promptly I will pursue thge refund through my credit card.

I have been in touch with Jetterix regarding my recent order. The items are not threaded correctly and will not work on any hose - tested on mine and neighbors. I contacted Jetterix via phone and held for over an hour with no answer so I tried email. The company is stalling on sending me a Return Authorization Code. I am being told they cannot find my order with my email even though they are responding right to my order receipt with the correct email. After multiple emails, I am getting no reply now. I spent over $110 and the very odd thing is when searching my credit card, I found 2 odd amounts that add up to the correct total.

Déçue. Lorsque l’on regarde les vidéos "prometteuses" on s’aperçoit que l’embout n’est pas le même que celui livré et donc beaucoup moins efficace.

Easy to order. Items sounds brilliant.

Do not order from this company- I placed an order for one (1) nozzle- 59.99- they changed the order to three nozzles and billed me $187.00- this was in the space of two minutes- when I realized they were doing this I attempted to cancel my order- Victor told me my order was already processed and I couldn’t cancel. These people are crooks- DO NOT ORDER

excellent product, should do the job. but....i was redirected to other sites to buy more - not good.

I haven’t really had an experience with Jetterix. I wish to return the items because it turns out I need a much more powerful pressure washer. Delivery was quick.

I was trying to find an order that I placed after several texts.
The company immediately started investigating in the meantime I telephoned the
bank and canceled the first order that I had made a mistake
and was advised to reorder
Witch I did but the bank made
A mistake and stopped the payment.
The mix up was the bank and myself .

Wie ich bereits an anderer Stelle schon geschrieben habe, es lief alles problemlos und schnell ab. Alles war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es gab große Hilfe und die Vorschläge waren sehr gut. Besten Dank!!!

We did get an answer but no information regarding the money-back-guarantee.
Product did not meet our expectances

I purchased four of your items and was very disappointed with the product.
They are hardly any better than the normal hose attachment purchased from Bunnings Warehouse.
Definately not worth the money.
