Claire Smith is amazing!
Claire Smith took over management of our rental property almost a year ago and we have never looked back. She leased our property in 5 days for the best price, and manages the property seamlessly. The tenants are excellent and Claire is always very responsive and attentive to any issues that are raised from either myself or the tenants. Our beach house is in the best hands! Thanks Claire.

We were really impressed with the Jellis Craig crew; they were extremely helpful in the organisation and preparation of our property for sale during the Covid times. Jeanne kept us up to date with all the viewings and offers. In the negotiating stage we were happy with the final settlement.

Jeanne was very helpful and supportive during the COVID-19 restriction. Any questions we had Jeanne made sure she followed through and gave us a response very quickly. Even though we couldn’t go out and see the house Jeanne did organise virtual inspections which worked really well.

Couldn’t be happier
Before we put our house on the market we interviewed 3 local agents. It was obvious Emil knew our area well and was extremely professional. We had a couple of open days and THEN the dreaded virus appeared. We realised it would take longer to sell and probably at a lower price. However Emil did not miss a beat and remained confident. 2 weeks ago we sold for a 4 week settlement with a price we were happy with.

from the start of my dealings with Lachie and his team, they have been positive and pro active. Lachie went out of his way to assist me with small maintenance issues, arranging trades people, saving me a lot of time and energy . i did not need to go the the Peninsula myself to rectify. he also visited my home in the city on a number of occasions for signing of documents. i would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Jellis Craig, especially if you are lucky enough to engage Lachie
