As an event planner, I am quite particular with all the details not just in the ballroom, but in my home as well. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when placing an order off of a social media ad, but to my surprise, this flatware set exceeded my expectations. They are beautiful and a nice weight, and they come packaged so nicely. I will most definitely be ordering more products from JazzUpCo!

I was looking for minimalist style flatware and I ended up ordering from a company called "Scope Kitchen". When my orders arrived, I instantly realized what a big mistake it was to trust the fake reviews on that website. The flatware came bundled in a black plastic bag and rubber bands and every piece had super thin handles. Definitely not what I was looking for. I could've sworn I heard a Womp Womp sound effect--it was that bad. I am usually a savvy shopper so I think I will be kicking myself for getting scammed like that for a long time. I was so disappointed and began searching for a reputable company to order from. I saw the Jazzupco Facebook reels and decided to take the chance and ordered. Oh my goodness, everything came so nicely packaged in boxes and
cloth bags and the flatware handles were substantial and heavy. These are amazing quality cutlery for such reasonable prices. Thank you Jazzupco! I will definitely be back to complete my set.

I purchased Jazzupco’s vatican set in black, as well as some of the two piece vatican extras, and I am absolutely stunned with just how beautiful they are. If you are looking for some beautiful and well made chopsticks, I definitely recommend purchasing their extra sets. I’ve purchased black flatware sets before, and the black always quickly flakes off, or easily scratches off. With the Jazzupco sets, even if it sustains a scratch, which doesn’t happen easily, there are multiple coatings so silver doesn’t shine through. I was worried with the small stems and short length of the vatican set that they would feel light and cheap, but the weight is comfortable and the knives are balanced. One of my vatican fruit forks had a manufacturing defect, and one my vatican teaspoons had a scuff from shipping. These are some of the separate extra pieces I ordered. I had a very large order, so for these to be the only two pieces with noticeable damage was very impressive to me. Ordering replacements was incredibly easy, at no cost to me, and handled professionally and promptly. Jazzupco’s team is efficient, incredibly kind, and seems to care a lot about keeping good customer relationships. The flatware doesn’t bend, despite the dainty looking stems, and I’m very happy with the quality. After my initial order, everything shipped in 2 days, which was very convenient. I’ll definitely be ordering from Jazzupco again in the future, as their customer service definitely made this experience for me.

I got the holiday bundle set that included silverware, bowls, plates, and mugs for 4 people. The price point is impressively low for such high quality utensils. I was also pleasantly surprised when it arrived including salad and serving utensils too! It was only a surprise because I missed it in the description, but it made the price point that much better. ;)
One of my large bowls did arrive damaged - it appeared to be crushed in transit. But it was no problem at all. Their customer service responded in less than 24 hours and didn’t haggle with me about it. They just simply confirmed my address and sent me a new one.
Lastly, their packaging is so elegant and tasteful. It’s all cardboard too, so I was really happy to see there wasn’t any plastic or packing peanuts that aren’t recyclable.
Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. Beautiful products, good price point for quality, and a great company. I will be slowly investing in filling my kitchen with their items.

Wonderful product. Team is very professional and helpful! The box is very well and neatly designed which gives a very pleasant unboxing experience. Appreciate the details put into the packaging. The bag which came along with the product is also very thoughtful as it can be repurposed for other use.

The flatware has a very clean design and the weighted aspect gives a very luxurious feel. Very good quality and am very excited to start using it.

We got the matte silver design. Giving it a 3 star as I have yet to try it. To be honest, looking back we would have hotter the matte black instead. It would match our furniture and overall colour palette better. The matte black finish seems to stand out more. Will definitely go for that option on our next purchase.

I received these matte black long-stem metal wine glasses as a gift, and they are wonderful. They are high-quality and are very well-balanced. These glasses will pair nicely with the JazzUpCo matte black flatware we purchased last year, which our friends always compliment. As a personal rule, I hold back on providing perfect 5-star reviews because I believe that all products can be improved upon. But truth be told, I'm having a hard time finding any flaws with these wine glasses and I'm tempted to click that elusive 5th star. I'll keep it at a 4-star, but a very high 4-star. JazzUpCo, please keep adding more great products like these wine glasses...especially in matte black!! I can't wait for my next JazzUpCo purchase. They are worth the investment. I highly recommend and encourage you to buy it for yourself, or they make great gifts.

Bought white and gold flatware set, spoon, fork, knives. Separately, purchased gold and white chopsticks. I have used for about 1.5 years. All the gold brushed paint has completely turned silver and the white paint has all flaked. Claims to be dishwasher safe. Very unsafe to ingest the chemicals that come off of the eating utensils. Additionally, the white flaking paints gets everywhere on all other silverware and can be ingested. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Most beautiful silverware set. I got the one in gold. The quality is exceptional and it’s heavy stainless steel. What I didn’t expect is how great and amazing their customer service is. I needed a replacement and it arrived before I knew it. So easy to get in touch with them. They responded to my email right away. I will definitely be purchasing in the future. I was gifted a set of the gold minimalist flatware and loved it so much I decided to buy more and make these my every day utensils. They feel nice and sturdy, and are clearly of high quality. We use them often and clean them in the dishwasher all the time and so far no problems. I bought the silver utensil set too and the minimalist dinnerware set. I’m so happy with the entire line of products. I get compliments every single time on everything: the mugs, the bowls, the utensils,… if you are debating I highly recommend making the purchase. Their customer service is AWESOME, I’m super grateful for Shawn who really helped us out and went above and beyond when I had issues with my order (not on their end at all). There is not much to say about any products I have received from JazzUpCo, other than they are phenomenal quality. They look so good, and are very sturdy! I'm hoping they keep this quality as they go in and out of the dishwasher over the years. Until then, I'll keep ordering.

I recently purchased the gold flatware and noticed a small scratch on one of the spoons. They quickly sent a replacement. Then, I was searching for gold trimmed dinnerware sets and saw a photo on their instagram of a beautiful emerald one but it was no longer on their website. I reached out to ask, not thinking anything would come if it, but they were able to track down the pieces in their international warehouse and I was able to purchase it! In love with all the pieces!

I received my order within a few days of ordering. Yay! Second, I’m so pleased with my Minimalist set that I’m going to order another. The design is chic and modern yet timeless, complimenting my tablescape. The flatware is of good quality and have nice weight to them. I can’t wait to entertain my guests with this set!

Disappointing. I was sooo excited about the dinnerware - it’s modern, white, and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, as soon as I took a single fork to it, to eat, it scratched. I’m so bummed. For $300 I expected more.

Just received my first purchase of a set of tea spoons and chopsticks. The quality is superb! Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful - and I’m getting ready to now purchase and entire flatware set! All the hype and the videos that you see in instagram fall short of the amazing experience of holding this flatware. I just ordered my second set. I first got the gold one and now I am mixing it with gold and black. Their service is personalized and fast. 100% recommended!
