DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE SITE!!! You have been warned. They took my money, immediately limited me to 10 dollar bets and I have a 12k rollover which is impossible to ever fulfill with 10 dollar bets. They will cancel your bets if you win saying they posted an incorrect line.
I got in a chat with an “agent”, whom I expect is just some thief that lives in a 3rd world country. I asked him how I could ever meet the rollover requirement. He told me 10 dollars at a time. This site is slimy and should be shit down. STAY FAR AWAY!!

I had previously rated this book 4/5 and now need to reduce it to 1/5. Previous review at bottom.

It seems Jazz Sports thinks it makes sense to pay off 85% of my balance but not the rest. I had been very slowly getting $1000 payouts once every three weeks. Not anymore. They no longer allow me to login to their site. They have stopped responding to emails. I've had a long-term relationship with Jazz Sports for over 15 years, yet this is what they are doing. Readers be warned! Any previous reputation should be thrown out. If they finish paying off my balance, I will restore my 4/5 rating.

Jazz's latest action (4 days ago) has been to open support ticket #313 but write nothing on the ticket and not follow up. The link to "track progress" is a dead link.

My Own Personal Experience
I am giving this site a solid 4 stars, but do not take that as an endorsement for or against. I only want to make public my own past experience with Jazz Sports which has been perfectly fine. I've always gotten paid and my experience has been incident free. That may seem like a low bar, but given my experience elsewhere, it is not a thing to be taken for granted.

Still, make no mistake. There is a thing that is getting a lot of attention that must be mentioned. Yes, their payouts have gotten inexplicably slow. Frankly, I have never had any urgency to get my payouts, but this is concerning to me because it makes me wonder if something is wrong. At the very least, it seems like a very bad strategy by Jazz. Of late, I have been withdrawing my balance only because the slow payouts have made me concerned. All those payouts have been slow but consistent.

I used jazz sportsbook for a few years, not betting overly frequently but had some success and was able to be net positive and was up a few thousand overall or so. When they switched to new jazz site a few months ago, it appears management made decision to not let me Sportsbet anymore. When I went to bet I messaged because did not show sports betting and the online chat confirmed this was a management decision and to process 2 withdraws spaced out a week, each for half my account balance. The first withdraw was paid about a week later, but the withdraw from mid March still is unpaid. At first chat help was telling me that the payouts were delayed and kept telling me ECD that would blow by, but then now they tell me to email a customer service email that I have gotten no return correspondence the last 10 days after multiple email attempts. Chat support keeps telling me that email is the only way and they cannot provide any information on payouts. Very sketchy. Believe my balance is gone and do not recommend using them anymore for anyone that is considering.

Deposited with jazz over the years here and there and always got paid. Recently made three deposits over the course of college basketball season totaling around 3k. End of CBB and I am owed 6,600. I am told I can only take out 1K a week. I say ok. I get a BTC payout three days later and think everything is ok. That was on March 15th. I’ve requested two payouts since and received nothing. I call almost daily and now pretty much no one will tell me anything except to email them, which I do…. This has resulted in zero correspondence. I keep calling and am told to continue emailing. Doesn’t look good. I’ll update if something comes from this.

I had a balance of $3,000 on JazzSports, funded via crypto. When I tried to access my account, I was told it was “lost” during a site transfer.

Since then, support has been completely unhelpful. They are now telling me to wait for an email response with no timeline, no updates, and no confirmation that my balance is even being recovered.

I have full transaction records and proof of deposit, yet I’m being ignored and given no resolution.

At this point, I just want my $3,000 returned. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

39k leftover in my account from a 5k deposit. They started paying out 2500 a week then dropped it to 1k a week then it came every 2-3 weeks then 1 month and now I haven’t been paid my withdrawal request since mid January for 1k. The site got sold to a new owner I haven’t been able to login in weeks they say they’re transferring accounts and mine will be soon but I’ve heard nothing. They’re theirs stay away

These are the same lowest of life crook scumbags now consolidating abc, looselines, betodds.ag, all the books that stole countless hundreds of thousands of dollars from players posted across several, verified forums. I am one of those players. They refused to transfer over my 5000 that was outright stolen from betodds account over one year ago. Stay the HELL away from these criminals. Your money is as good as gone once you sent it. They dismiss their theft as rightful due to unproven "syndicate" and "sharp" nonsense, just an excuse to not pay you, steal from you in every which way, pad their salaries, stealing any way they can to stay afloat. Thats 100% their business model. Lose and they win, win or and they steal. Whenever they feel like it. Win-win for them. They are the most corrupt, criminal and shameless void of a moral compass pathetic excuse for humans on the planet. All the information of their theft is available on all the sportsbook forums (non-biased) such as bmr. Zero integrity and trustworthiness...you have better luck mailing your money somewhere in an envelope and retrieving it than sending funds to these super cyber criminals. And they STILL get away with it. Without reprimand; they should have their license revoked a long time ago, but nobody cares/zero regulation its the Offshore to allow these criminals who should be behind bars.

Used to be a good company, now are scammers that will steal your funds and not pay your winnings. Phil will call you when you lose but as soon as you win they won't even pay your winnings. Stay far away from these scammers

Jazz was great at one time. That time is not now. They are under new management and that new management is apparently telling employees to make jazz look worthless. They will find some reason to delay your payout. It's going to happen. They are operating under the assumption that they will go bankrupt sometime soon. So they are just trying to last as many days as possible. Good luck.

Been with Jazz for a few years. They started out Okay but have fallen off a cliff w/ new management. Their casino now is highly glitchy. System boots me out every couple hands & dealer is always getting a blackjack & making a hand. At one point, I lost 6 hands in a row. Dealer gets 5 blackjacks to my 1. I'd stay away from Jazz, as they've regressed big time.

More payout delays at Jazz Sports sportsbook. Despite advertising $2500 payouts once a week, they have been paying $1k every 5 weeks.
Today, 35 days after requesting a $1k payout, I was told they are changing btc processors and all payouts are delayed.
Sounds more like they may be going out of business.

Incredibly bad payout process. If you are identified as a winning bettor they will limit your payout to $1000 and say it takes up to 20 (Yes, TWENTY!) days to pay. I have already been waiting over a week for my first payout. That is after having it delayed twice for another 10 days because they didn't inform me I was subjected to a lower than normal limit. Terrible communication!
Limits are low and betting options are removed if they think you are a winning bettor.

Stay away!!!! This sportsbook will intentionally delay your withdrawals for as long as possible so they never pay you. Happened to me many times but like an idiot I stuck with them. They have this guy named Phil Akon which supposedly handles the “VIP players”. This guy is the worst!!!! He made promises to me that he never kept. He stays in communication with you when you’re losing but as soon as you start winning weird things begin to happen. For example I would communicate via a text message with him but as soon as I was up over 15k he started telling me he was only able to receive messages but not reply. He started saying there was a problem with their “carrier” and were trying to fix the problem (but never did). The purpose of this is so done so he doesn’t help you with the withdrawals and keep you gambling. If you stop then they will reduce your withdrawal limits to peanuts so you’re forced to keep on playing. There is just too many negative things about this sport book that I would never recommend anyone deposit any money. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
