I’m Jackie Jones, account holder at BetAnything since March 20, 2026. I signed up after seeing them on Bookmakers Review, deposited $500 with promo BMR150, I ended up losing it. I then added $1,000 into their 100% free-play program. I won legit on MLB money lines, got up to about $7,000 with $23,000 rollover still to go. That’s when they capped me at $500 a wager max, $300 on spreads. I asked nicely if they’d lift it or release me from rollover, they said no. I ended up completing it.

I submitted my payout on April 1st and that’s when the issues started.

Final balance before payout request: $8,770 (my $1,000 BTC deposit plus winnings). They started KYC: ID front/back, utility bill, selfie. I completed however that was not enough. They then demanded video reading account and PIN. I sent it. Still not enough. Told me to go stand outside my house in pouring rain, same thing. I did it, sent two videos plus one of my entire house. (now I wish I hadn’t, feels like they wanted leverage).

Today, they told me said payout was coming in a couple hours and I was good to go. Then they told me it was a miscommunication.

Then the real crazy started. Hours later, the General Manager Amy calls. Accuses me flat-out: “You’re not Jackie Jones.” Says I “don’t look like I know how to place a bet” and my voice “sounds off.” I asked how to prove it? she just repeated “you can’t, you’re not him.” Then: “Admit you’re not Jackie or we take every cent and shut you down.” She also told me if I admitted I wasn’t Jackie I’d be paid. Told her I’m Jackie, wins are mine. She hung up, told me to call back when I “change my mind.” Next thing, balance drops to zero, account locked out forever.
I emailed them right away said I’d post on forums and contact agencies. And also linked my thread. Boom, login works again, balance back, “under review.” But then supervisor Amy calls. Screaming at me to do more stuff right now. I said “I’m heading out which I was driving somewhere.” tomorrow’s fine,” she loses it yells and screams at me; hangs up, then spam-calls me twice more like a stalker.

This isn’t normal. They have my house photos, my face, my voice. After the backlash on Bookmakers Review (thread’s blowing up, people calling it unethical, scummy, harassment), I’m actually worried they’ll send someone to hurt me, I’m fearing for my safety. Feels borderline terrifying.

I won’t talk to them again, too risky after the threats and psycho calls. Please investigate:

• Why demand outdoor videos in rain?
• Why bait me to confess I’m someone else?
• Why zero funds then restore them only after I went public?
• Why harass with yelling and spam calls?

I ask that they send my $8,770 to my bitcoin address on file.

I’ve also thought about contacting authorities because I think they may try and harm me do to the backlash.

This Sportsbook for many years, has an excellent reputation for paying customers on time. When the was 5Dimes I hit for $22500 and they paid me, no issue. Because they are offshore it came in pieces but it came. If you hit with State lottery you would pay 30% in taxes. I don't mind waiting for a tax free higher payout. They have criteria, you have to pass like verification but nothing major. As long as you have your deposit method verified, US State ID, legitimate address that on your license to have payout delivered to, your gold. After initial payout subsequent payouts are much smoother. I did have issue with live Casino but I don't believe the live Casino is utilized by Betanything alone. Best place by far to bet on the lottery and get paid!!!

What ever you do!!! Don’t play the casino you can’t win shit! It’s rigged to take your money no matter the amount of wage! Take my advice run and run like hell!!! The system is Rigged/Frauds/ scamming !

Ive been playing on BetAnything when it was still BetAnySports (2020-2021. Sometimes it does feel like it's rigged but so do the real casinos. When I started, it was to play lotto because the odds were better than anything ive seen. I loaded $100, played trip 444, .25 cents a ticket, all states, 5 days, and it it cost just under a $100. That very first night, I hit for $225. So now I made more than double right. I take some of the winnings and run trip 333 for 5 days. Same everything as the 4s. Hit again the next night. I repeat the process with trip 2s. Overtime I hit, I ran another set of trips for 5 days. I wish I could post all my winnings. I hit EVERYDAY for 3 WEEKS STRAIGHT because I had about 3000-5000 tickets running each week with the way I played it. Every hit was $225. I made over 5k in those 3 weeks with only coming out of my pocket once with that $100. Took a break then came back weeks later. Did a few lotto picks, won here and there. Biggest hit was for $2250 on pick 4. 25 cent bet. I would love to hit on pick 5 straight for a $1. That's 90k 😶.

I later move on to the slots and started with a game called Juicy Drops. Racked up pretty fast in that game the few times I played it. Played a lot of it back tho. As time went on, Juicy Drops stopped dropping so I left the site alone for awhile cause it felt rigged some days. Idk for a fact tho. Just assumptions. I go to the local casinos but I play more slots on the site than anything because more odds are better. That I know to be a fact. The Hold & win/collect & win games are the best ones to play imo. I just cashed out almost 3k last night from max betting ($12.50) on a game called Thor Hammer Strike. Got the jackpot feature that took a full day to bust & the symbol banishment feature together. The MINI was $625 and I got it twice during my 8 spins in that feature combo. That was the highest bonus I got. Lowest was $18 which is crazy on a max bet. Had a lot of dry spins but overall it paid more than it didn't on regular play.

My overall review, if it's not paying, log out and come back later in the day/night.

They should shut this site down...I spinned multiple times 25 lines with no wins on the slots...something told me to change it to just 1 line just to see if they were scamming and lord and behold as soon as I did I landed a big hit

Constant manipulation of the roulette wheel and Blackjack outcome. Unfair cheating tools used to give this online casino the advantage instead of letting these games of chance play out naturally. Several of the roulette wheel actions have been recorded and I will upload these videos if I can. This site and company needs to be investigated!!!

Theyre now under betanything ..of course they had to change names bc of all the scamming they do..I suggest no one plays on this site...casinos are rigged to the max and their bonuses are trash..trust me SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO ELSEWHERE

This is the worst site by far online for any type of casino slot gameplay. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You can barely land on a Pay line you have to start with at least $1000 and you’re lucky if you will finish up with three dollars within an hour the lotto option is great, but the rest of the site especially the slot games are absolutely horrible

Horrible. I don't care how much money you deposit, you never win anything when playing the Casino games. I have spent thousands and won nothing and bonus programs suck. If you play the lottery, then you don't qualify for a bonus. The entire system is structured to take your money.

Why is my account suspended? What is going on with this website

I’ve had no issues with this company besides the site being down a few times and fixed. However, July 15 my account was suspended (without notification) and reopened on July 17. I requested a withdrawal and continued playing while waiting for the withdrawal to process. It was closed again on July 18, again no notification. I’m not getting any answers and it is very frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of answers suck!

Its been 4/5 days that im not getting no real legitimate answers on why my account was suspended? I verified my account numerous of times when i started playing, i reload my money every week to play. So what am i doing wrong??? And its like no one cares to look into the issue its just oh we don't have a time frame for it to be fix. Like are you kidding me, if i didn’t have my money on the site i would never bother but im going in the stores to pay extra when my money is already accounted for on the website that was the point. Horrible customer service and its never no answers with them, its like they are the ones being fraudulent here!

After years of faithful play they suspended my account for no reason and no explaination.its a SCAM!!!!.

I was in the process of betting and it logged out and when I tried logging back in all of sudden it said my account was suspended! Called Customer Service and they said it was a maintenance issue but never gave me a reason why or any information about fixing the problem! I have been using this platform for two years. Two days ago I try to log in and it says my account is suspended. I contact them and I get no clear answers! Account was restored yesterday. Today I play the lottery and win $900 and request a payout of $300 and my account is suspended yet again! I contact customer service and yet again they are offering no answers. I have never had a problem up until this point but with this happening I will be taking my money to another platform!

When I first started out on BAS, it was amazing. I enjoyed it because I could play in all 50 states. I only played lottery until one day they messed up my deposit and reimbursed me in the classic casino. I started to play casino more more and started winning big here and there. These pieces of garbage completely scammed me..I deposited 60 dollars..money never showed up..told me try it again..of course i was dumb and tried again..nothing..so im out 120 dollars..didn't even get to play..no refund, no bonus bets..the rare time i did play the casino was a complete and utter scam..they don't even try and hide it..STAY FAR AWAY..they're scum..hope they get what they deserve.
