SCAM

Shocking opened an account was verified offered £100 credit said arrive 2 hours or in mins 6 hours later nothing live chat replied 3 hours later then never again still didn’t get the cash even though I’ve signed a document and credit agreement they have my ID link to my everyday banking somethings not right with this company?

Somethings very wrong with this

Somethings very wrong with this, my money hasn’t been able to be used since Thursday 18th of September 2025. Constantly being told it’s an issue with the payment provider but it’s impossible to get any information, they are holding my money and aren’t letting me transfer to another account. It seems there a lots of people having the same issue.

Please avoid this company, do not open an account, save yourself the hassle.

AVOID! Supposed "Outage"

There is a supposed "outage" with the payment provider therefore no funds can be accessed! As people below this have said, I cannot withdraw, transfer or pay. I asked for my funds to be manually sent to a different account however the Indians ignore this and refuse to answer. I have sent 20+ emails and 50+ messages in Live Chat to be continually told theyre waiting for an update from the payment provider. No communication made to customers explaining the issue and no time frame on resolution. Currently withholding over £2,000 of my funds refusing to release anything by sheer ignorance. I have reported to FCA, Action Fraud & The Press.
Something isnt adding up, they have no official business address and the directors (all of them) are registered as a residential address.
Flat 6 Queensgate Court, 44 Alexandra Grove, London, United Kingdom, N12 8HL.

I have sent over 50 emails, 50 live chat messages and still no further in figuring out why I cant touch my money.

I have spent most of the day trying to…

I have spent most of the day trying to resolve issues regarding a payment from dwp which was made today ,to be told it takes 3 days to clear which is incorrect.
Then earlier this afternoon the funds were showing as paid into the account balance ,to then be declined when trying to use debit card to pay for goods and declined when trying to withdraw cash then declined when trying to send my wife a bank transfer !!! Been talking to numerous people on the app but response is very slow and no help at all.

Email address jazari provide does not exist and email address on debit card does not exist also , something not right with this company and needs investigating !!!!!

Stay Away WORST APPLICATION

Stay Away! This application is purely made to steal from clients. All small deposits will arrive in your account without any issue. The minute you make a deposit of any larger nature( £1000-£1500) expect your payment to go on hold and Jazari will tell you there’s a problem. The only is problem is them scamming customers.

Had some money transferred into account small amounts not a problem larger amounts still pending been sat on live chat for 3 hours to get the same automated answer stolen my money I will be taking this to financial service and legal team

Excellent, easy to use

Tried Jazari for the first time, so far really pleased with everything. Clean, crisp, no-nonsense website, easy to navigate too.
Used it to send money abroad; great exchange rate offered and no fee so in the end got better value for money. The transfer went through within minutes; safely received. So far so good! Really happy with the experience, will definitely recommend!

I glad to find this service

I recently made an international bank transfer using a small amount of credit, and I was really impressed — it went through quickly and cost almost nothing. The customer support team was also fantastic: they responded very fast and did their best to help with my questions. I truly appreciate such great service!

Stole my money of £199.78!!

Stole my money of £199.78!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK. I sent money from my connected bank and tried to send it back, they blocked the payment, saying it’s under review! My own money that I’m simply sending to myself, it’s now been two days and still pending, they have stolen my money. Please return my money that you have stolen from me! I’ve only been sending in money from myself which frustrate me even more. DO NOT USE THIS BANK,THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY BACK
