I bought a suede cleaning bundle from these people in early July. On Sept. 5, they charged me again for an order I didn't place. I feel like a robbery victim.

Now my bank's security is cancelling my card and requiring me to get another. What a headache!

Ridiculous shipping delay. They used the cheapest shipping and despite ordering 10 days ago, I still don’t have it.

I ordered a suede care kit - arrived fine. A month later, got a notice that my subscription was about to ship. I never signed up for a subscription (who would need a monthly suede kit??!) Ridiculous and predatory. I canceled it. Will be watching to see if they actually cancel it

My first bottle of Repel spray showed up with a trigger nozzle that wouldn’t spray at all. They sent me a replacement in the mail. That one gushes liquid instead of a clean aerosol and soaked my sneakers.

They need to step up the QC game on the equipment. I have zero confidence that I’ll receive a reliable spray bottle and just threw it all out. Back to Nano spray which I never should have moved away from.

Watched the videos on YouTube they did with size, thought that looks good. I got the quick clean kit so it's premixed so I don't make it too strong and a suede cleaning kit.
It ruined 2 pairs of air max 90s and a pair of air max 1, they look clean when wet but soon as they dry you see the colour has gone. Don't know how they get away with this! Imagine buying a car shampoo that takes some layers of paint off your car. Steer clear, criminals.

For the REPELLENT

I used to spray ALL my sneakers with protector/repellent.(Leather, Suede, whatever…) I hadn’t done it in a while. I think I used Jason Markk once in the past(10 years ago). This time around, I can easily see MARKKS on the dark leathered ones.

Now, I’m trying to do research to see if the MARKKS will be visible forever and I can’t find nothing because the name of the product is MARKK.

WARNING: Don’t spray your Black leathered sneakers with this stuff. It will leave MARKKS(stains) on them.

Do not recommend at all, still haven't delivered my product and I've emailed them multiple times

Used the essential shoe kit on suede shoes (which it says it can be used on) and it’s ruined my suede Birkenstocks - would not recommend!!!

No exaggeration, dish soap works better than their “Premium Shoe Cleaner”. Don’t waste your money on this company.

terrible customer service. they shipped product to me but was stolen and never followed up with the shipping vendor. when i reached out they said it wasn't their fault and that i have to deal with ups personally. normally businesses would refund or resend the product so I wouldn't shop here solely based on how they treat their customers.

The cleaning product and brush itself are both excellent. As indicated in the title, my only gripe is with the packaging. The lid to the cleaning fluid was either defective, brittle or not fit for purpose, because on opening it after only several uses the lid sheared in half in my hand. I’ve transferred it to another bottle and still use it although it was a little bit of a hassle to do that. I’d buy again on the assumption this was a QA fault and not a material selection fault.
