There's no way to contact anyone from their company if you try to call the phone number it ends up being some adult chat line. There is no customer service whatsoever.

When on the website looking at your purchase there's nothing on the invoice to tell you what card was used or how the purchase was made.

Again I want to repeat there's no customer service you can't find the products anywhere else that they have on their website they will change the price right after you purchased it.

Experience is abhorrent as other reviews correctly claim. Plus, the owner is on social media making jokes about animal abuse and ‘showing his dog what’s up’. Waste of air

Be aware of their billing system, they assigned me against my will on recurring billing fir products thst I never ever agreed to sign on receiving it monthly, and they changed my credit card $39.34 without my consent. I contacted their so call (customer support) by email they told me once I received the package we will give you return lablab once we received it we will issue the refund. I did as they mentioned and after two weeks passed I did not get my refund back .I WENT AHEAD AND OPENED DISPUTE CHARGES WITH MY BANK OF AMERICA even until now they did not refund my money thst they took it from me without my CONSENT.
MY BANK FILLED CHARGE BACK and I still waiting. I will never order from them anymore.

Order the holiday sneaker cleaning kit bundle December 2nd 2024 6 days after I ordered the company emails me saying that they oversold items listed on the Black Friday they canceled my order and refunded my money. Highly suggest using crop protect Jason mark shoe MGK shoe cleaners stay away from reshoevn8r.

The cleaning products does not work as advertised, and can in some cases even worsen the state of the shoe...

Don’t order from here. What they did was send me it a plastic holder for 20 dollars and I ask for a refund they sent me a label and everything and it said “refunded” never got my money back.

IF IT WAS UP TO ME THEY WOULDNT GET NOT EVEN 1 STAR WORSE COMPANY EVER THEY SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY TAKING ORDERS THEN SENDING FAKE TRACKING INFORMATION AN NOT SENDING PRODUCTS IM IN the process OF a LAWSUIT my lawyers have gotten everything they need I have contacted the bank filed claims for fraudulent charges got the emails where they sent the fraudulent tracking information as well Stephen Grear be prepared As Vishal Wadher Wadher are scamming hundreds of people if not more I can't wait to see how many others are wanting to join this lawsuit

Did not clean my shoes what so ever, they look the same as before. Never using them again

Me being your average young teen that loves sneakers I like to keep my activewear and outdoor sneakers clean. Well I saw their videos on YouTube and had a couple OK reviews from some mutual‘s. So I ordered the $35 essential shoe cleaning kit. It came in and I had a pair of Adidas human race sky blue sneakers. They had a little bit of mud on them from walking into a Halloween school dance because I stepped in a puddle. After the dance I went home and try to clean them with the Reshoevn8r. He ended up just moving the mud from one spot of the sneaker to the entire sneaker and ended up staining in it. So that was a pair of sneakers that costed me $600 ruined because of the cleaner. It also discolored the ultra boost and the soles. They went from white to orange-ish. I also had a pair of KD13s for basketball. They had a little bit of dust in mud on them from a dusty court and a rainy walk in. The next day I cleaned them and it did not do a thing. It just wash the mud around the sneaker like it did on the human races. I felt as if I may have received a bad batch of cleaner. I reached out on their customer service and got a response in two days. I told them that The cleaner ruined two of my sneakers. They responded by saying that it was not their fault and my fault but they are sorry that I had an issue. I responded by saying I followed your instructions on how to clean the correct material and that’s what I did. They said that I must have not because their materials to cleaner ratios always work. Then when I finally told them that if they did not help me out that I would take matters to another level. After two weeks of beating around the bush and them trying to cover up the scheme they finally told me that they would send me a free sneaker laundry bag if I purchase their $100 kit. This was completely unacceptable seeing that they wanted me to buy more of their cheap not well thought out product just so I could receive a $20 sneaker bag. Will never deal with this terrible product and terrible company ever again. I now use Crep instead as it is very concentrated with cleaner. Please stay away from reshoevn8r.
