Good quality jars, nice shape, bought to make chutneys for granddaughter's nursery Christmas fair. Well packaged.

Perfect for the job
Easy to order. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Nice bottles perfect for the job. Metal tops would have been nicer than plastic.

The order process was easy
The order process was easy, the bottles do appear to be very well made, the delivery was ontime, however the packaging was a fail the bottles were rolling around in the box, thankfully with no breakages so proves the quality of the glass.

PACKAGING NOT GREAT
The jars are great and arrived pretty quickly after ordering. I just wish the packaging was better as the jars are not tightly packed. The slip out of the cardboard separators and so get bashed about in transit. Last box had several broken, thankfully this package didn't but more luck than judgement I think.

Excellent product and customer service, but let down by their delivery provider
The bottles and caps purchased from J&B are excellent, every bit as good as described and very well packed for transport. The buying experience was simple and communications very good with comprehensive invoices and delivery notes provided very quickly.
The only part of the purchase which was poor, very poor, was the delivery itself. This was contracted out to DPD, whose performance was a complete shambles.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J&B (Pattesons Glass) products but it might be worth asking if they can despatch by a different courier.

Poor communication
I was given no notification about delivery. As it was a private address and the goods were on a pallet it is fortunate that I was home.
Otherwise the service was good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - As we use third party couriers we don't have full control on how the delivery driver decides to deliver them - we will speak with DPD to highlight the issue - Jars and Bottles
Used 4 times
