Excellent day to Mount Fuji
Excellent day ! We did a day trip to Mount Fuji from Tokyo. Our guide was excellent, with great information and local knowledge that was very useful. I would highly recommend using Ichiban Tours. Thanks to our guide, Esa Ali.

Driver and guide was great
Driver and guide was great. Very responsive and attentive. My sons got to see cars. It wasn’t such a hot night for to many cars but the guided tour around Tokyo was amazing.

We had an unforgettable Mt Fuji…
We had an unforgettable Mt Fuji experience organised by them.
The driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. Eventhough the itinerary was catchy, it is not practical to complete all in 10 hrs. Moreover the 10 hr includes travelling time (to and fro) as well. So the Driver advised the most practical ones which turned out well.
The booking was straightforward and simple. Overall, the experience was awesome

Knowledgeable and awesome guide. Being able to pick the music and enjoy driving through tokyo was like driving ourselves. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very good communication and easy process from booking to drop off.

Company Steals Social Media Content
This company illegally steals content on their social media without asking for permission which is illegal. Also their website is outdated and hard to navigate. Also, note that they didn’t refute that they steal content since they’re aware that they do. We’ve already started alerting people to the content you’ve been stealing.
Threatening legal action when your entire social media page is made up of stolen social media content is laughable and shows how poorly run this company is and further illustrates why this 1 star review is merited. Stealing copyrighted material is grounds for an actual lawsuit, which is coming, and nothing is defamatory as everything in this is review is real. Even read the definition of an experience by Trustpilot “ An experience doesn’t necessarily mean a purchase — it’s broader than that, and can include an interaction like a phone call, email, online chat, or visit to an online store, even if you decided not to buy anything.” Maybe if your “company” understood the law, you wouldn’t be committing illegal actions like you’re still doing.

If you believe you have any genuine claim, we request you to provide solid evidence, along with your complete and verifiable contact details, so we may address the matter properly through the appropriate legal channels. At this moment, it is clear that the information you have provided appears to be incomplete or intentionally hidden.
We maintain strict policies regarding content usage and company operations. Any false allegations intended to defame our business will be handled through the court of justice as per the law.
We remain open to reviewing any real evidence you can provide.
Great day, great trip
I was really happy with our booking. I requested to drive passing through Lake Kawaguchi and have a short stop for pictures and the driver very attentive to our needs, very patient and accomodate all our requests. The driver was at my door 5 minutes before the pick up time, what I really apreciate. The transfer was really smooth and I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend the transfer and site seen.
