Item arrived promptly. Excellent value at sale price, a luxurious, quality jacket as described on website. Super soft faux fur and very warm. I'm really pleased with it.

I returned an item and made a telephone call to enquire when would I receive my refund. The Customer Service which i received from Sabina was impeccable, professional but above all so helpful, she was absolutely amazing. If someone was to be made employee of the week/month Sabina should receive this, she is a credit to the company.

Super soft and comfortable little loose but love it like it and liked the hooks for the change they are as good as invisible

Dress hangs nicely and is a lovely colour, but the material does feel a bit cheap. A bit of the stitching on the neck strap has come away (like this on delivery) and will need repairing before wear, but it's for an event in the next week so don't want to risk trying to exchange.

Ordered a dress in two sizes; the smaller size reeked of sweat/body odour, although it still had labels on. Poor quality in my opinion. I immediately sent an email, but received no reply. I posted them back, received no acknowledgement. Chased my email twice, but got no response. Tried to contact them through Facebook, no response. Tried through Instagram, no response. Had to ring them twice to finally get through to the right person. They did refund the order and promised a refund on postage, then rang back to say the Accounts wouldn't allow it! Absoultely dreadful experience, such an unprofessional company.
I agree with previous contributor; when spending £270 with them, you would expect free returns.
How could a company send out an item that smelled so disgusting?

I would expect that when you pay £250 for a dress returns would be free.

Nice product at a reduced price. Not sure I think it’s worth £85 which was the full price.

The gentleman I spoke to when ordering was very helpful and friendly and completed what was promised. My order was delivered the next day before 1.pm.
I was also kept updated on the delivery time.

Lovely dress, fits perfectly, well made. Arrived quickly and packaged beautifully. These dresses suit me and I feel really good in them. Will be buying the same in another colour.

I met James in his flagship London store. He was absolutely delightful, as was his daughter who manages the store.
Beautiful clothes, great attention to detail and a surprisingly low cost. I subsequently ordered more clothes on line.

one of the dresses i ordered was not available
It says on website that free next day delivery if spend enough, but when come to checkout, there is a charge

Need to return the dress , loved the colour, really wanted the navy blue dress but it was out of stock, however this one would have been fine had it not been faulty! The left sleeve wasn’t sewn in properly when I put the dress on it was all wrinkly, also the neck should have been a v neck , it was off centre and the left side was round!

Excellent service. 2 dresses both good.
