Princess coat
Ordered the princes coat ,it arrived bundled up in a package like a jumper (for a £300 odd coat all be it reduced to £116 I found that odd ) also paying £116 I still had to pay £4 postage .
I've not opened the parcel yet but so far not that impressed
#edit I've now tried this cost on and I dono who does your sizing but it's got the arms on a size 18 and the body of a tent ..luxury clothing my left butt cheek

Poor customer service
Unfortunately I had to return this as it didn’t fit. However the reason for 1star is not for that reason but instead because I’ve returned the dress with proof of delivery but no refund received nor answers to my emails in regards to the return and refund request.

Excellent service, although the sizing can very from one garment to other at times, even though the different items are the same size. This can make it a bit difficult for on line shopping.

I spoke to a really helpful gentleman over the telephone regarding my order and all I can say is thank you, I was desperate for a next day delivery and he organised without any problem. Excellent customer service, and a really beautiful dress. Very generous on the sizing on this particular dress, possibly suggest a size down!

Beautiful dress but a little tight. James Lakeland dresses.etc generally have a little given in them but the material in this dress has no give. I have requested a size larger.
