I love both if my Braid Wigs I purchased from Jaliza. My orders did not take long to arrive. They were nicely packaged. The quality of my wigs are great, the hair is beautiful. I love my wigs.

The wig is just as it appears. Looks very natural and full. The hair is great quality. I have wore mine yet and I can’t wait to do so. Please don’t miss out on this one called Michelle. Thank you!

The company Jaliza customer service is great. They work with you to accommodate your needs. I greatly appreciate this company. Although, the Michelle wig wasn't for me. It was too full, which made the wig look wiggy. I also experienced shedding, I cannot wear a wig that sheds. I was going to wear this wig on vacation, because of the shedding and fullness of the wig I uninstalled the wig. ☹️

Their customer service is exceptional. They are a trusted vendor who backs up what their policy states. The recent wig I purchased was not a good fit for me and I needed to return it. Their response to my request to return the wig was quick and agreeable. They demonstrate quality in products they sell and customer satisfaction.

I have been wearing braid wigs for a year now and saw an ad for Jaliza on a site and decided to order one. The shipping was quick and the packaging included a band for placement. The wig is super comfortable, natural looking and lightweight. I forget that I have it on! I highly recommend these wigs. And plan to buy more. I don't even wear my other braid wigs now, because these are so comfortable!

After being in communications with JALIZA for the past 2 weeks I have received my FULL refund...Apparently there was a glitch or something that was preventing the response emails from the company from reaching my inbox.. We were finally able to communicate thru Instagram after a few tries. The company did provide proof of the many emails they sent out trying to reach me in response to my original request for a refund..I must say they did go above and beyond in getting this matter rectified as expeditiously as possible..They were in constant contact with me making sure everything was going smoothly on
my end. I have updated my rating because it truly would be unfair to give them that original rating based on technical difficulties that were beyond
their control..Customer Service does in fact respond right away and yes I definitely would order again. THANK YOU JALIZA.

I RECEIEVED MY WIG LATER THAN THE TIME IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE SO I NEED TO RETURN IT! I BROUGHT AS A GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER HOWEVER SHE CANNOT USE IT. I IMMEDIATELY REACHED OUT VIA EMAIL TO JALIZA SUPPORT TO INITIATE A RETURN AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED AT ALL. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED IS NOT IN SERVICE.. I PAID ALMOST $200 FOR THE WIG AND I BELIEVE THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY. BEWARE LADIES.IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THEY WILL BE NICE UNTIL YOU NEED TO DO A RETURN. NEVER AGAIN!!

My hair came in a timely manner,the packaging was great along with my it looks so natural looking, I am very happy with my purchase, Thanks again for excellent customer service...

I just love my new braids. It use to take hours to get my hair braided. This is a miracle I love this. Will be traveling and making sure people see this beauty.

I order over $500 of feather crochet hair. The construction was horrible. I had to cut long black thread (#27 with black thread sticking out everywhere)from both side of 350 strands!!!! Then when contacted them the offered me $35🤨. These are culture harvesters that don’t understand what they are making. No quality control. And the use cotton thread not elastic thread so it doesn't lay flat. And it also breaks easily making take down and reuse impossible. Very deception. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I did not get the color I thought based on the description on your website. I appreciate you improving the description of your wigs to reflect the actual color.

The entire experience was a nightmare! First, I received several inaccurate emails stating my package had arrived or was being shipped. The inaccurate emails were frustrating. There were several emails between Jaliza and myself about the inaccuracies of the shipment of my order. My final email to Jaliza stated if I did not receive the wig by the new shipping date they promised, I would contact my bank to dispute the charge.

Secondly, the color of my wig was not what I ordered according to the picture on the website. I ordered a salt and pepper wig; I received a black wig with a few strands of gray. I wish there was a way for me to upload a screenshot of what the color of the wig on Jaliza's website looked like and screenshot of the color wig I received.

I will am not returning the wig because I don't have the mental capacity to engage with Jaliza wig company again.
I will chalk it up to a very expensive loss, almost $300.00. I will not recommend Jaliza wig company to anyone.

I ordered a micro braided wig for an event and received the wrong size. Size matters because I have a very small head. I immediately reached out to the Jaliza team and they sprung into action to correct it. They immediately shipped the correct size and constantly communicated with me every step of the way. They are top notch in their products and their service! Thank you JALIZA!! You have a customer for life!!

I ordered the Lumina - 18" Piano Color Swiss HD Full Lace Human Hair Boho Braided Wig Mix Blond 27/1B 27 base / Medium 22" and the braids were stiff and bent even when I used hot water and steam to loosen the hairs. The synthetic used for the braids is really cheap, scratchy, and hard as a rock when you touched the braid. When the wig is on the braids are stuck sticking out in a crazy way. A better synthetic blend shouldve been used. The photos obviously look better than the actual product. I’m assuming the girl in photos is an influencer or something and received a better wig. Aside from that the wigcrafting is good, the lace is practically invisible, the cap fits well, there is an elastic band to make the slightly bigger. UPDATE: Jaliza has written a reply to my review and suggested weighing down the braids specifically with a book. This method does NOT work and yes the synthetic does frizz which something they also said wouldn’t happen. The only good thing about this wig is the lace cap.

Jaliza wigs are my go-to for wigs. The wigs are in a category all by themselves, along with greater customer service and the ability to custom create your wigs.
Well made and lasts a long time with proper care. I have ordered in excess of 15 wigs from this company and the never disappoint.

I am very pleased to have received my replacement wig without any issues and in a very timely manner.
