I ordered 2 of your beautiful lace front wigs. 1 for my sister and 1 for myself. They're gorgeous except mine is a little too long for liking and a little too bright in color for me. I ordered my 1st wig from JALIZA due to hairless and needing to get some variety in my appearance. The variety is very good with plenty options to choose. The site is very user-friendly and navigating was a breeze. Shipment was quick and I was informed every step of the way. I had an issue and customer support was fast and very accommodating. Customer service made my experience Great! They were timely responding to each of a series of emails that I sent to them. The representative was kind and polite. If they didn't respond the same day, they responded the following day. They were knowledgeable and answered every question that I presented to them. Service was exceptional. I had a problem selecting a wig, that was right for me, and help came timely with detailed explanations. There were plenty of options available to me that fit my needs. The products purchased were well made. I am a satisfied customer, and I will certainly purchase from Jaliza again.

This was my first time purchasing a Jaliza unit. I wanted to have braids for a vacation and needed an option that saved me time and money. I have enjoyed my box braids with the ability to switch up if it’s too hot.

Also, the level of Jaliza customer service and support is next level. They are attentive and willing to address issues and concerns to the satisfaction of their customers. Their responses are prompt and their shipping is fast too!

I cannot give a review on the wig. I never received it. I ordered it in June, but never got it. The shipping was terrible. However, customer service was excellent. They always responded to my emails with an effort to help solve my issue. They investigated and resent the order. I never got that one either. They were very polite in their responses. They did issue a refund.

I always wanted a beautiful braided unit, that is true to picture. After years of looking i found JALIZA Store and what a different. My unit is absolutely beautiful, soft,gorgeous colors, fits perfectly! Im very impressed and so happy. Thank you!

I saw where someone commented on the baby hairs and said it got nappy, well I have nappy hair, I lay it out, but when it gets nappy that’s natural. I love it, it’s more real.

My first order one of the wigs was too small. I contacted Jaliza and it was no problem to return and receive a refund. Before the return even happened I ordered another wig. On 7/2 I had the new wig installed and very pleased. It's beautiful! My hairstlyist who did the install was even impressed. I wish I could post the video. I'm cute! I'll be ordering again! Company did take care of my problem with the shipping, I shipped out another braided wig and I’m thankful that I received it. Wig is the bomb after my install and it’s not heavy at all

Terrible company! Stay away. I ordered a wig on May 30th, Today is June 20th still haven’t gotten it. Tried to track it but was given a FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. It’s been at the same location since the day I placed my order. It’s not even moving along. I want my money back! They refuse to work with me or give me my money but gave me a discount to place a new order! Nah they are not about to SCAM ME TWICE!
