Emma and Gayle made the conveyance process really smooth and I can't fault them. They're highly professional and I would definitely use Jackson Lees again. Highly recommended and can only say nice things about them.

This was a challenging chain made worse by a very difficult buyer and his solicitor. However, Jackson Lee’s and in particular Susie dealt with it very professionally throughout. Often going above and beyond to ensure the move came to fruition. I can’t recommend Susie and her team enough for their drive and determination, in often difficult circumstances, and communication throughout made a very stressful process more tolerable.

Dan Braden in the conveyancing team was absolutely fantastic. Professional, attentive and friendly. Great customer service. He helped me so much with my case and kept me updated throughout the process until everything was taken care of.

I just completed on an apartment using J.L Solicitors for the conveyancing. I live overseas so thought this would complicate things but it couldn't have been easier. Of course due to Covid the process was probably slower than usual but the team helping me, Gayle and Emma, were professional, efficient and overall very supportive. I will definitely be using their service for my next purchase.

After dealing with my mothers estate and house sale, I assumed that this purchase would be handled just as professionally as it was by the Heswall office.
21 weeks from receipt of contract to final completion. I expect my conveyancer to be proactive, to review responses immediately just like any other business would . I should not have to chase up information from the lender. The information I received from the lender conflicted with the information I received from the conveyancer.
The final completion was dealt with by the conveyancers assistant and I have not had any response from her since exchange of contracts, most unprofessional.
A very different experience from the one I received from the Heswall office.

Jackson Lees managed my sale and purchase in March and everything was handled very smoothly. My solicitor, Victoria Stevens, was extremely efficient and very approachable. No question or query was too much trouble for her and she took away all the stress that usually comes with moving home! I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Started off well... but solicitor changed part way through so a slight breakdown of communication... otherwise excellent!
Once this resolved.. great service and kept us informed all the way through. Very helpful.

I whole heatedly recommend this group of solicitors. Gayle Hough and Emma Cafferty were outstanding in their competence, diligence and commitment. Gayle was sending me emails at 10pm a informing of how things were going, what obstacles remained and guiding me throught he process. Emma simply oozed competence and her work rate was terrific. Enquiries were answered immediately, recalcitrant parties were chased up and everything that needed to be done was done immediately

I appointed Jackson Lees over 12 months ago to assist me in conveyancing on a house purchase. Which sadly resulted in my first sale falling through in the midst of the pandemic. I was allocated Susie as my case worker on this sale and during that time I bonded with her and grew confidence in her knowledge and assurances and continued to work with Susie on my recent house sale. This firm is absolutely diabolical BE AWARE STAY CLEAR haven’t heard from anyone in a year regarding social care for 7yr old disabled child they don’t even have a qualified lawyer for this department they do not care SHAME ON YOU

I have used JacksonLees twice these past twelve months dealing with properties associated with the Family, and they proved themselves up to the job.
It has been a rather frustrating and exacperating time for everyone recently made worse dealing with companies with staff working from home and progress often happening sporadically.
I had a fixed price deal in place, but with one or two complications, I was expecting the worse and extra costs, Susie, working on my case, however kept me reassured and updated whenever there was a development and was very professional, competent and knowledgeable, but also down to earth and approachable. Progress was often slow, but this was partly down to the pandemic and generally due to the companies working for the other side seemingly taking weeks to action anything.
JacksonLees have many offices dotted around the Northwest and this proved useful when having to send documentation in. Charged the fixed price, so very happy with that and I would be happy to use JL again, but hope I perhaps never need to.
