Although I couldn't work out what value credit jack's lab said I was entitled to, they read my review and said they would have reimbursed me if I had got in touch and explained to them that i would 't have any films to develop in future. So thank you Jack's lab, you showed me that you can adapt your terms and conditions thank you.

Really good quality scans, takes a few days longer to process and deliver but was worth the wait. Will use them again.

I have used Jacks Lab twice now for developing film and they take great care with the images and havent let me down once. Highly recommend using them!

Very easy company to work with. Communication was great and regular, and the process of development very smooth. What's more, they even managed to magic pictures from an old slide film that had been sat in a warm drawer for over twenty years! Very happy with the service. Thank you

Great quality, reasonably priced and reliable service

Jack's Lab are fantastic. My husband found an old family camera which had the possibility of holding photos of his late father.

I went into the lab in person and had a very lovely conversation with the team and they guided me through my options and pushed my order through knowing that there could have been old photos of my late father in law on there. Unfortunately, there weren't any, but the family day out recorded on there sparked family conversations.

I wouldn't hesitate in using this company again and would highly recommend them, especially as a complete camera novice.

Very happy with my prints - fast turnaround and great service!

Goods and service received: 250D 35mm film with processing, standard scans (6MP), negatives returned.
Kept well informed of progress; did what they said according to plan; no scratches or dust on the JPGs; good dynamic range chosen so you could adjust brightness, colour balance etc according to taste, within 8bit JPG limits; not much film grain visible. Showed Retinette IIB still working as well as ever. Unfamiliar ECN2 film/"remjet removal"C41 process worked fine. Yield was 34 frames. Will use goods/service again. Thank you.

Honestly can’t fault the process at all. Sent them off yesterday first class and paid for express developing and arrived in my inbox today!

This list was a portion of these toys sent to this man. Refused to give me a printout of the inventory.
As soon as I questioned him, he got nasty and knowing I used that money for my client.

I completely disagree with Chris, cause of course he can smell a desperate first time seller and take advantage of that person. Maybe a misunderstanding! Yes he is fast, replies quickly but what I sent him in 3 boxes, on the market piece by piece $13000. Nearly 35 email messages between us but in the end he did me and my client wrong. Time was important and understand I wasn't going to see that price. But my understanding $3500 for deposit and up too $3500 once he receives them and checks them out.
I followed his details on packing did exactly what he asked

8. Once packed, email me your PayPal email address, and if you want a deposit, I will make one up to the total amount. However, if you want a check, I can remit it after receiving the package.
Again Chris only sent $2700 and I ended up being charged for the shipping $80 off of the amount sent.

Quick turn around, great communication and lovely results!
