Amazing service! Really quick and the digital prints look amazing. So easy to post if off and then get any physical prints posted back. Will definitely be using again for future disposables!

The team are very responsive and the website makes everything very clear. There is an extensive Q&A which i found helpful. I sent a couple of 30 yr old films for scanning and I'm delighted with with the high res TIFFs. I've been able to really add to these images in photoshop. I'm now having a go with film again and will definitely stick with Jack's Lab for scanning and processing

The processing took a little while, but the timelines for processing were communicated clearly the whole way through, and the photos turned up on the exact day I was told they would, so no complaints. Really happy with how they've turned up and would definitely use again.

Half of my pictures came back either damaged or not at all, no one reached out to explain until a review was posted. I did not have a good experience, I also only received a partial refund in credit so I didn't get my money back.

Well, my last order isn’t here yet so I can’t comment! Overall? You’re the best lab I’ve found in the country for technical quality and clean developing. I moved to you from Bayeux whom you beat on price and performance but not speed. Your personal touch and responsiveness is excellent. Your turnaround is slow, certainly for mail order, so maybe there’s a compromise!

couldn’t recommend jack’s lab enough. i used them for the first time recently for 35mm film developing and will definitely keep using them in future! found it super easy from start to finish. paid for my developing online, dropped my film off in the dropbox outside the lab and within one week received my scans, days earlier than my estimated date! can’t recommend them enough :)

I recently used Jack’s Lab for the first time to process film from my new camera. It was an easy process to get the film sent there and they kept me in the loop with when I would get them back. Just recieved the photos and am so happy with the quality. Currently about to send off my next film to them! Thank you so much.

I got some old negatives scanned by Jack's Lab and can definitely recommend them. The process went smoothly, I received my negatives and scans back in good time, the scans look great, and the price was better than the other services I looked at. When I had a question, I emailed them and got a reply back right away.

These guys have smashed it. The images are great and the ordering system was simple and straight forward. Pretty fast turn around too which is great.
