Their website makes it look like they are a US-based company. However, they are NOT. I would have never ordered from them if I had known the products would be coming from China. They said the seeds would be shipped out within a couple of days, and then they shipped 3 to 4 weeks later, and the packing comes with no instructions or labels. This company should be banned from google. Talk about misinformation!!

Their website implies they are in the US but they are in China. They say they will ship within 1 to 2 days but as soon as you put an order through they send you an email saying you won't get it for 2 to 4 weeks. You can't cancel an order because if you request a cancelation, even immediately, they ignore your emails to do so. They have zero cancelation policy. Now I've been reading all kinds of reviews on the web that say they send seeds that weren't ordered and some that aren't even marked as to what they are. Total scam!

Reading the reviews to find out it’s a scam is nothing compared to the sadness I feel about the fact that I will not be getting any blue pumpkins. I placed my order several months ago. Planting season is here. I had to buy locally. Doesn’t sound like I’ll even be able to get my money back.

Order never arrived. They stole my money.
Tracking says it never left China and I ordered 4 months ago. Do not buy from this company! I can't believe this can exist. I feel like an idiot falling for this scam.

Order some seeds, took 3 months, and I got 3 baggies with scarce partially labeled something. Do not use this company, complete Chinese garbage!

I bought two different seeds from this company. A hibiscus, which the seeds never grew. And the second was supposed to be an soft pink Applebloosm geranium. In the picture, they look like 50 soft pink, clumped together rosebuds. I got this to grow, which took about 2 months. One of them just bloomed today. An ordinary, lavender, single-flower geranium that I could have purchased from Home Depot. This place ought to be shut down!!

Scam never replied or delivered anything don’t buy from them

I ordered pink pumkin seeds. I was sent a a wrong batch of seeds. I have requested email response. I sent photos of what grew from the wrong seed. Most disappointed in the result. No reply from Jack Seeds. Very frustrated with this company and would not recommend anyone purchase from this company.

Don’t order from them. Keep your money. No return of email; phone doesn’t work. Two days after you order they will email you that you’re on back order. Eight weeks to get an env from China with small packet of unmarked seeds. 100% scam.

I would give less stars if I could. Place is a scam.....

I was on Google reading about a story, when I scrolled down the page to discover this "Jack Seeds" company. Their pictures looked as if they were off the Wish App which is a REAL site, so before ordering some of their "exotic" seeds, I went to the tab "contact us" & there was only:
Phone: (213) 336-4910 & their email.
No address or anything else, which is definitely SUSPICIOUS. If you are a legit company, you will have an address where your company is located. So I called, & it goes straight to voicemail, which is not what a company would have as an answering service, we will see if they call me back, cause I left a message. The number my phone said it was from was from Los Angeles, CA. I looked up the number, & it comes back to a William Mccray. If it looks too good to be true, do some research before getting scammed.

I orderd seeds months ago. Tried to call, number didnt work. tried to email, no response. Wish I would have read the reviews before i ordered.

Do Not Use!

Website looks legit.
Is a Chinese company pretending to be out of New York.
Order takes forever. If a problem arises, there will be no help!

Poor customer service, can't reach them. They only have email contact and they will not respond.

This company was featured on Facebook, which should have been my first clue that they were not legitimate. Do not purchase from this company. The seeds I received were from Wuhan. And they were not what I ordered. I reported the purchase to my bank and got my money refunded.

Placed my order and it has been over a month with no seeds and no reply to emails or credit for my purchase.This site is bogus.There are no blue strawberries or purple watermelons.They use the same picture and just change the colors.Do not buy from jack seeds.

I will try to contact the BBB but have no idea if they can do anything. Total scam. Purchased a month ago, nothing, cannot track package, just read all of the other reviews. MY BAD for not reading reviews first. Now it is not only required to check for American companies, we have to be diligent to make sure that that is not a lie, which in this case it was!!! Ugh, hope their deserved karma comes around to even the score!

DO NOT PURCHASE. Company is a scam and the payment will go through as international. Their phone number and email are not active. This is not a real company and you will not get your seeds.

Terrible "company." Says they're based in LA but are really based in China. I'm still waiting on seeds I purchased over a month ago. Legit website but you can't tell a book by it's cover. They are a scam.

Phone number no longer in service and FaceBook closed. I never received my order.
