I won £80k in total here. I'm a gambler of course.
There withdraw limits are just weird and inconsistent, no one on live chat knows what your limits are. I'm a platinum player and no withdraw limit increases.
I have only now withdrawn £30k and lost the rest after many attempts at asking them to vault the money or do something to allow me to not gamble whilst the withdraw limits resets but no.
They want you to keep the money in your account and gamble it.
Staff are very rude and as I say don't know what they are talking about. 1 tells you yes withdraw 25k and the other says no you can only withdraw 10k.
I know they will not contact me to resolve this but I've lost 50k of my winnings and feel it's a scam. No player protection, I will be lodging a complaint with the British gambling commission because there current t&c do not match what they are doing.
Hopefully this casino is taking down as soon as possible to save other players from my experiences.
Edit: It has been a further 2 days since I gave the correct information. I have had no contact from the casino. As I said, please avoid.
I am preparing a document to with evidence to send to BGC.
