As other reviews have said - appalling company. My boots were not as described and they won’t give me a full refund which is illegal. They expect me to pay to return the boots to china.

I bought a dress from Ivyshape and didn’t realise that it was based and deliver goods from China.
It never arrived within the time limit they mentioned when I was purchasing it.
I sent them an email and they responded back in a language that I didn’t understand.
I sent them another mail saying that I requested a refund since I didn’t receive the dress.
They replied back (this time in English), and gave me a tracking number which was not working.
It went on and on and on and I had to go on a business trip which I was going to take the dress for an event.
When I came back the parcel was left outside my gate. The packaging and the dress were damaged.
I kept sending the company email requesting refund or collect their parcel.
They said they will only refund 10% of the purchase price and the rest vouchers:)
Or I pay something ridiculous like £40 to send it back to China.
They never paid my money back and I paid a lot for a damaged bad quality dress.
Do Not Deal with them.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful dress only to be disappointed when it arrived, poor quality and very hard to get it returned. I then noticed the same dress on Temu for more than half the price. Obviously these items are coming from China as the sizing is not true. Won't order from them again.

Same review as others here have left. I queried my parcel which had clearly despatched from China and get a random screenshot of something despatching from Germany and a claim it was damaged in transit and then the item turned up 3 days later looking nothing like the online image.

I reiterate everything which has been said by other customers , this company is disgraceful . Wish I had read the reviews before making a hasty purchase for an event . I wrongly assumed that because the item was not at a cheap price , it would be of good quality. I spent £54 on a jumpsuit which was worth about £3 at most !!!Truly shocking . I had read the returns policy but was then shocked that I can’t return it without a cost of approximately £25 and their email stated that they could not guarantee it’s safe arrival so they might not refund my money anyway!!! I was not prepared to spend more money .
Many emails later, I have been sent several gift codes to use as a part refund - none of them work.
I have finally accepted defeat and will cut my losses . Disgraceful

The same as all the others TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company bought a dress it was rubbish material as it was suppose to be linen wasn’t it was too small same again had to pay to return so got offered a 75%discount wich I took orders another dress and had to pay more money for it then got an email saying it was no longer available and offered me only the refund of the amount I paid for second dress so now I’m stuck and out of pocket of £30 DO NOT GO NEAR THEM it is a pure con now there are no dresses on they’re website at all they’ve disappeared pure crap

The denim shirt I bought would probably fit a small child - its tiny. I asked for return details they said I need to send back to china which will cost more than the shirt. This is not an acceptable return policy. They offered me 15% discount or a voucher. Terrible service do not buy. I should have checked reviews.

I should have checked the reviews before making my purchase. Just like others have mentioned, this company sends cheap, low-quality products from China. When you ask to return the items, they give you an address in China and expect you to pay for the full return shipping. In my case, when I refused, they offered a 10% refund and a discount code for my next purchase. When I declined again, they bumped the offer to a 15% refund and a website voucher. I declined once more, and they offered 30% back plus another discount code—it just kept going. I eventually got 75% back. They will never give you a full refund, no matter the issue. Another company, ‘Nodinahome,’ operates the same way. A company can't run a business like this - it won't last long.

I placed an order before reading the reviews. I contacted Ivyshape customer service within 15 minutes but I was not able to cancel the order. The dress I had ordered was removed from the website immediately. The orginal discription stated that the dress was 100% cotton. The dress that has been delivered is 100% polyester. The material is horrible. I cannot be bothered trying to make a return so I will be throwing the dress in the bin. What a waste of money. Goods were delivered from China but I have ordered some lovely things manufactured in China so it is the fact that Ivyshape are using very low budget suppliers. Do not use this company

Awful quality and you can’t return as it costs more!! Don’t buy anything from this company!!! I am currently disputing the charge with my bank as I think they are completely fraudulent.

I ordered an item from Ivy shape only to get notification that it has been delivered baring in mind I have not received my package I contacted them requesting full refund they refused and made me 2 offers 1st offer 30% refund and 70% voucher off next order I declined their offer they then went on to offer a 2nd offer 50% refund and 50% voucher off next order I declined and now they are trying to twist it and say I want to know the tracking status of the item which is completely incorrect has like I said I received notification to say it was delivered but I have not received my package and now they are refusing point blank to issue me my full refund how is this even right this company and customer service is an absolute disgrace I suggest you avoid at all cost ( AVOID TERRIBLE COMPANY TAKE NOTE OF THE REVIEWS EVERY REVIEW IS EXACTLY ON POINT THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS COMPANY AVIOD AVOID AVIOD)
If I had the choice to leave a no star review I would without a doubt but that option is not available unfortunately which means it gets a 👎🏾 from me absolutely shocking company

Do not shop on this site !
If you want to return the poor quality garments then they want to charge more than the price of the garment 20-80 euros!!!
I would have left no stars however thats not possible

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. The goods are shoddy and come from china so if you want to send anything back it’ll cost more than what the item cost.
I bought some slippers and they look like they were put together by a 5 year old and I can still smell the glue (after receiving them 2 weeks ago). I wish I’d looked at the reviews on trustpilot before I bought anything from Ivyshape!

Dress ordered and paid for but never delivered. I asked where it was, they showed me a ‘proof of purchase’ partly in Chinese and meaning nothing. Apparently they are looking into it. I’ll keep you updated, should have read the reviews first 😢😡

Ordered 2 dresses from here - thinking they would sent from Netherlands where the company is based.
They took ages to arrive - wrong size, wrong colour, wrong material.
Now they are basically saying they will give me a discount code for 100% so to order with them again or I have to ship back to China for £20-80! So ridiculous

A Chinese drop shipping company disguised as a Dutch business.
Terrible products, and worthless returns policy. Avoid at all costs.

Only wish I’d looked at these reviews before I made my purchase 🫣 same experience. Wrong size item, no direct simple route for a return, they even have the audacity to state “if you do make a return, we will refund you IF the item makes it back to our warehouse. This can only be described as a scam! and should be shut down from selling to the UK market.

Product wasn’t what was shown on the website, come and it’s cheap material and not what I ordered. The product has now been removed off the website funny enough now I’m trying to find it to compare with what I’ve been sent.

Shoddy goods which are nothing like those depicted on the website. Very slow delivery. Customer services which only send out standard emails. Very little you can do to get a return/refund agreed unless you are happy to pay up to £80 for postage costs to China. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
