Company is based in China. Everything is posted from China. You have to return it back to China. The quality of the customer service is non-existent. They are not a registered company in England therefore, they are avoiding tax. Which pretty much gives you a sum up of their ethics? Give the impression that they are A UK company use UK models very prime very proper. However. They are not do not buy from this company. The there are not to be trusted

They made me write a 5-star review so I’d (finally) get a partial refund for a product that didn’t fit.

Avoid this brand like the plague, returns costs you £30+ the entire thing is not worth the hassle.

Getting responses from the customer care team that avoid your enquiry altogether, ignoring your request for a refund and then offering a random £100 credit note instead.

Quality is decent and the fit is true to size. No complaints.

Terrible company. Dresses are cheap trash with one size fits all. I asked to send the dresses back but they offered a replacement so I did that and the new dress was just as bad. They the refused to let me return them and refund me!! Awful people!!

I have bought a very lovely dress and a coat the dress quality is very good. The coat looks nice.

Item was nothing like the picture of what I had ordered, colour was off, material was falling apart and poor quality, the fit was awful and very frumpy. Managed to eventually get a partial refund but annoyingly could not get a full one due to return shipping costs overseas, they would have still been making a very good profit regardless as the item quality was so poor.

Really cheap-looking clothes. They look fab in the adverts, but the reality is that they are cheap, crumpled-looking, bad quality garments. The delivery was v slow (weeks, not days) and the customer service only interested in their policy, not the individual!
They have the nerve to charge you tracked postage on FAULTY goods returns.

It’s a co where all returns have to be returned to China, tracked, at YOUR cost.
Even if the goods are damaged/faulty!! Min cost to return faulty goods approx £30.
I was offered 50% refund which in fact was the less than the shipping costs to return. This is disgraceful behaviour.

This company should not be allowed to trade.Try to get a refund they will ask you to put a 5 star rating on your platform only then will you get 50% . Didn't think that was happening. That to me is bullying and to say the least blackmailing. Plus it is not a UK company as advertised it's Asia Scam

Friendly service with prompt attention

Please do not use this company. The item I ordered was very poor quality. I returned the item which was very difficult. IVY Luna still have not returned my money. I would advise no one to order from Ivy Luna

I wish there was an option to give negative stars!!! This supplier just outright lies. The photos on their website are pure fiction and the product is NOTHING like advertised. To make matters worse they make it impossible to return for a refund and insist on giving to credit to spend on more awful tat!!!! AVOID AVOID!

Good quality for the price. The colour is exactly as shown.

Bought a coat for £50 advertised as half price and the quality is so poor it's not worth £10. Photos on website are totally false. I will learn a lesson from this and not take ads at face value. Terrible company.

Ordered a dress for a wedding didn't take that long to arrive. Its absolutely stunning. Fits perfect. I'm a 10 and Ordered a 10. Just ordered a new coat in black friday sale. Hope i have the same experience
