If something doesn’t feel right, we go back and adjust it. It’s a slower way of working, but it leads to clothing that holds up and feels considered. Crawleigh isn’t built on a big origin story or a long heritage. We simply care about making well-designed outerwear and offering it at a fair price, supported by a customer experience that’s easy and transparent. This company is a complete scam! Do not buy from them! Dress arrived much later than it was meant to meaning I now only have one day to find a new dress for an important event. The dress is absolutely nothing like what was advertised, nothing at all. Quality is cheap and completely see through as well. It was supposed to have a boned corset top part but has nothing at all the top is just a flimsy piece of see through material. Trying to get my money back but surprise surprise phone number they’ve provided doesn’t work. Says they are in Croydon but it is in fact a company in china.

Took ages to arrive, product exactly same material and tailoring as Shein products but 3 times the cost. Sizing all out.

This website is a scam. The dress I received looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. Delivery took much longer than expected, which was especially frustrating because I had an important event to attend.
When the dress finally arrived, it didn’t fit properly, and I ended up having to alter and hem it myself. The fabric was cheap, the quality was poor, and the overall product was extremely disappointing.
After doing some research, I discovered that the same dresses and clothing items are being sold on multiple other websites, which raised even more concerns about the legitimacy of this company.
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this website. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 2 items. These got shipped directly from China (so beware, you could get same items for less on Shein or Temu). Arrived in 2 weeks, both of poor quality, with irregular stitching.
One item is pink instead of burgundy, on the description said linen cotton blend, on the tag on the dress is 95% polyester.
Trying to return, customer service is slow and asking for multiple pictures of the item including size to investigate internally.
I don't care about the investigation, I want to return the item as it in not the one I ordered.
Return free of charge was denied, despite this being clear on their return policy that if the item is not the one I ordered they should cover the expenses.
Honestly, bad bad customer service.
I would give 0 if I could.
Updated 10/6/26: the order number is 1014, I had several email exchanges with your customer service that declined any responsibility for the return of the faulty item.
I now raised a dispute through the bank as customer service is absolutely irrational.

its a scam! Do not order! The stuff comes from China, its cheap quality, mine arrived 3 weeks later! The contact number is a mobile and is always switched off, there is no customer service, there website shows they're based in London but its not its all fake, running a scam from China

I bought a valentine present and it came on time, the quality is very nice. Its always hard to guess how the quality turns out when u order something on the internet but this surprised me in a positive way. I had some questions about shipping and had to make sure that it would be delivered on time. The communication was quick and easy. I asked a question on the website and they reacted very quick. I would consider Craw Leigh as a reliable brand.
