Price good, delivery bad
The ordering process easy and price fantastic but when it came to delivery was a disaster.
Delivery delayed by a week which can be forgiven seeing as it was a busy period but the delivery company had no communication at all and just turned up when my burd was in the shower then wouldn't deliver it unless we could take the whole pallet, which won't fir through a front door of course.
Driver had her outside in dressing gown making a space in the garage instead of removing from the pallet and shoving it in the front door.
£80 I paid for that privilege.

Besvarelse fra ITS Technologies
We sincerely apologise that the transport company turned up at an inconvenient time. There was a delay on the delivery because we were badly let down by a supplier for the stock that we were able to offer the Black Friday price offer for and ended up having to supply everyone at a loss just to honour the sale agreement. We were prepared to do this just to try to keep our customers satisfied so it is a real shame to hear of the poor service offered by the transport company as well as the loss incurred to us just to supply you the battery at the greatly reduced price.
Sunsynk Ip65 battery
Quick delivery of a Sunsynk Ip65 solar battery. I have purchased and fitted these batteries previously but I was very impressed that they are now supplied with both cable sets (battery to inverter & battery to battery).
Superb price, thanks for the discount. Battery was fitted same day it arrived and works perfectly, they are heavy 50kgs so bare that in mind..
Highly recommended, thanks 😊

Adding a Pylontech US5000 Battery.
I decided with Winter coming on to add a Pylontech US 5000 battery to my existing 9.6Kwh set. As these were in a floor mounted configuration in my garage I decided to buy a Pylontech cabinet and move the 4 2.4Kwh batteries into it. A date was arranged to install the new battery (I was advised that to get the battery free of VAT it needed to be installed by them to guarantee warranty on the battery). The installation went very smoothly and the new battery was set up as the new master for the group.
I would thoroughly recommend ITS for their knowledge and efficiency.

Excellent price for a Solax hybrid…
Excellent price for a Solax hybrid inverter plus battery. Reasonable delivery price for such large heavy items. Arrived on a pallette with only a 2 day lead time. No problems encountered (other than the electrician mis-locating the CT clamp to start with). Would happily use ITS again.
