Solar panel & battery purchase
Jonathon at ITS was very responsive to my queries and put together a very competitive quote. My associated queries were answered quickly and the quote altered to suit my requirements.
Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the mounting rails that were delivered were incorrect, but once I had notified ITS the correct ones were sent and the wrong ones collected.

Order for 3 x US3000C Batteries
First time ordering from ITS, so a little wary as its not a small order money wise! Ordering was painless, good comms from company about what was expected - I spoke to them on phone a couple of times.
Relieved that order arrived on time, stacked nicely and secured well on pallet. No external damage on any of the boxes and the batteries were fitted without any issues and are working fine.
Will absolutley look at ITS first for any further needs I may have.

Another noteworthy experience
Third time of dealing with ITS Technologies, always have a good experience, they are helpful and knowledgeable, those are two reasons for coming back to them, as well as their equipment is first class and very affordable.

Expensive delivery charge
Update - Brackets arrived today (Saturday) - not Monday. Much better, and thanks to DPD
Expensive delivery charge for 2 brackets. At £12.95 + VAT for delivery you would, at the very least, expect next day delivery. That’s the highest delivery cost I’ve experienced for such small items. Ordered on Thursday with Monday delivery - not value for money.

Besvarelse fra ITS Technologies
We’re terribly sorry that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we’re just not set up like Amazon for high volume, low purchase items and as such we do need to make a couple of pounds on the cost of delivery to contribute towards overheads and the staff time to process, package and fulfil deliveries. I understand there are companies that charge a little bit less for the delivery but they charge more for the items themselves.
We can offer next day delivery by request, however, as standard we offer 2 business day delivery through our website to ensure our order processing team has time to process the orders within the time frame requested.
30Kwh battery installation
Really great experience. Fast delivery and the installer super responsive.
