Ordine spedito solo dopo la mia diffida tramite Pec!!!!!

Servizio clienti da bocciare!!! Fatto ordine, pagato, mai arrivato per errore loro, nonostante sul loro tracking ancora oggi risulta essere consegnato, ho dovuto aspettare comunque i 14gg per il rimborso, nonostante non fosse stato un mio reso ma un loro disservizio rle in più si sono trattenuti le spese della spedizione! Magari è una tattica? Direi proprio di sì! Cara sisley apri un attività di corriere allora se vuoi guadagnare sulle spedizioni non fatte!!!! Cliente perso.

I made my order through the UK website. I received my order within a week. I was worried that because my order was shipped from Italy and had a value of £200 that it would attract a customs charge. I rang Sisley's helpdesk and they guaranteed that it would not (they sort out charges directly with the courier firm in Italy). Really positive experience overall, and I love my garments.

Wish I had read reviews here before purchasing - the blazer I bought didn't fit so I returned using the online process and included return label. Item has been received at British warehouse on 23rd June as I took picture of the UPS return label so had the tracking number, but still yet to receive a refund. The online status on my Sisley account doesn't even say the package has been received. I called them last week and the nice courteous Italian customer service said you have wait for it to be returned to their headquarters in Italy to be checked and processed but this seems to be taking an inordinate amount of time. For this reason I would avoid buying online from Sisley. A shame as they have nice clothes but this company is not equipped to retail clothes online. If you do buy anything buy on a Credit Card or use PayPal for your protection although it should never have to come to that so this is poor.

Ho richiesto di poter eccezionalmente rendere alcuni prodotti ordinati, trattenendone altri, con appena un giorno di ritardo rispetto al termine di 14 giorni e loro hanno rifiutato di autorizzare il reso, invitandomi altresì leggere le condizioni di vendita.
In tanti anni di uso dell'e-commerce, mi era capitato altre volte di distrarmi e sforare di uno o due giorni il termine di recesso, e ditte ben più attente alla soddisfazione della clientela, come ad es. Bonprix e Geox, hanno sempre fatto una eccezione in mio favore alle regole, peraltro unilateralmente stabilite.
Non mi sarei mai aspettata questo approfittamento, che a mio parere è un segnale di debolezza commerciale.

Dreadful service. Serious problems with returning items.
Sisley essentially accuses its customers of fraud. I returned a coat and was surprisingly advised sometime after making the return that the unworn navy jacket I sent back having tried on for 2 minutes as now brown, washed and a different style and size.
Laura at customer services is very unhelpful, will not answer questions, she just repeats the company line that you will not be getting your money back. I asked paypal to step in and they have managed to get my funds to me. I loved Sisley and frequently bought when in Italy, as I'm based in the UK I have to shop online but will never risk buying off them again.

Maledetti!!! Ho ordinato un giubbotto, costo 80€,dopo un mese ricevo una berretta di l'Anna e pagando anche 3.86€ per la dogana!!!!!

Ho acquisto online approfittando degli ultimi giorni di saldi, e dopo una settimana, il mio ordine non è ancora arrivato. Dopo un controllo vedo sul track lo stato di ordine fallito ??!!! Chiamo e mi dicono che nel bonifico la causale non corretta...bugia!!
Mettono capi a prezzi invitanti, per poi prendere i soldi e non spedire nulla....MAI PIU'!!!

Bad bad bad. I ordered a pair of trousers several weeks ago. I paid through PayPal. They never “authorised” my order and so I never received it. Tried to contact customer services and received no response. Placed an identical order and THE SAME THING happened again. Ridiculous. Only consolation is they haven’t got my money.

Ho fatto un ordine sul sito Sisley pagandolo con paypal, dopo qualche giorno l'ordine viene annullato senza nessuna spiegazione. Chiamo e mi viene detto che l'ordine è stato annullato per un problema con il pagamento e che avrei dovuto rifarlo. Faccio un nuovo ordine che mi viene spedito. Nel frattempo pero' l'addebito relativo al primo ordine rimane bloccato nel mio conto paypal senza la possibilità di annullarlo, è un mese che chiamo il servizio clienti e l'importo risulta ancora in sospeso, ho pagato due volte e sto ancora aspettando il rimborso, PESSIMI!!!

Sono costretta a dare zero stella che il servizio vendite online non merita! da un mese ho effettuato un acquisto e non solo non ne ho notizie ma pacco arrivato metta strada x nessun motivo tornato a stabilimento Sisley!!!! Ho dovuto chiamare 5 volte io x sapere dove il mio pacco con ordine! Comunque pessimo servizio PESSIMO!!!

Mia moglie ha acquistato un piumino su Sisley on line e vuole renderlo. Qualche giorno a provare a fare il processo di reso sul sito, ma non funziona. Telefonata al call center, quindi invio di mail, senza alcun feedback. Insomma, pare che tentino in tutti i modi di impedire la restituzione. Allucinante nell'era di Amazon!!!

Imbarazzante come dopo 10 giorni dall’ordine io non abbia ancora nessuna notizia. E non rispondono nemmeno alle email… davvero vergognosi. Servizio clienti meno di zero. Fate pena.

Terrible, refused to refund on a pair of trousers costing £60, because they were returned 10 days after received, they claimed arrived 15 days after purchase ( this was over Christmas holiday period), absolutely appalling service

Pessima la vendita online
Per la prima volta ho acquistato un capo online 10 giorni fa e ad oggi non ho notizie sulla data si consegna.
Le ragazze del call center sono gentili e disponibili, ma onestamente non basta.
Forse avrei dovuto leggere prima le recensioni che in maniera esplicita confermano quanto scritto da me.

Voto: zero...
E pensare che acquisto sisley da una vita.. In negozio però!

Place an order for size 34UK shorts as listed on their website. When they arrived they were too small. I asked previously what they meant by slim fit but they didn't give a proper reply. Their Italian sizing on it says it is an IT 44. Googling this into UK/US makes it a 29" waist. Customer service took days to reply by which time I had already returned the item. They wanted me to take a photo of the sizing and the tag. I bought the last pair in 34 and have seen it return back on their website (as the single pair left). I have received an email from them to say I will be due a refund but I have not received any payment over a week. I wasted £10 shipping because of them.

I bought UK size 36 and 38 (IT 46 and IT 48). It turns out their "38 UK" or IT 48 is more closer to a 34 UK. Even an Italian to UK/US size conversion site says an IT 48 is more like a UK 33 so I don't know why they would list an IT 44 as a 34" UK Waist. Their UK sizing is totally wrong on their website.

Rubbish service. Avoid. At this rate I might have to get my money back from PayPal.
