Un supporto pessimo è definirlo poco. Ho avuto più volte bisogno per la mia radio per Fiat Punto e come per le volte precedenti, la risposta ricevuta è stata confusa, inconcludente e assurda. A questo giro hanno sostenuto che il Play Store permette l'installazione di app non compatibili con la propria versione Android e che quindi la colpa era stata mia.

I bought the Q6 Qualcomm for Golf 6 2012, it arrived within the expected delivery time and arrived without a scratch. I had a problem with CarPlay because the android version was wrong but over WhatsApp I resolved the issue with customer service. They walked me through all the steps how to fix it and were very professional with fast response time. For now everything is working perfectly. The audio sound is superb, fast touchscreen response time.

Ho acquistato un IDUSAR per ALFA MITO e devo dire la verità è davvero un bel prodotto perfetto per la mia mito. Lo consiglio a chiunque vuole togliere la vecchia autoradio obsoleta

Ho acquistato questo tablet per la mia auto freelander 2, dopo il primo anno di utilizzo si è bloccato il tuck screen, ho contattato l'assistenza e dopo avermi fatto fare inutili tentativi per il ripristino mi ha invitato a spedire l'autoradio per la riparazione in garanzia. Fin qui tutto ok. Spedisco l'autoradio in cina con poste italiane verso la metà di settembre, il 20 ottobre dopo un mio sollecito mi rispondono che l'autoradio è stata riparata ma per riaverla divevo versare 28 euro per la spedizione, verso quanto richiesto. Oggi 24 novembre vedo che il pacco è ancora in viaggio. Costo totale sostenuto 25 euro smontaggio autoradio, 30 euro spedizione 28 euro la riconsegna altre 25 euro per il rimontaggio=108 euro. Non farò mai più la stupidaggine di acquistare marchi che non offrono assistenza in italia.

I bought an Isudar module for my PCM3.1 system. I used PayPal to pay for it. I received it, so far so good. I also bought another solution from a different brand which in the end fitted better with my Bose system in the car. So I decided to return the Isudar module. Contacted Isudar and they provided me the return details. I shipped back the package on my own costs. When the package arrived at their warehouse, they did not refund all the money! On their website it is clearly stated (as of today 25th June) that at most the shipping costs will be charged. However they also deducted the PayPal fees which is not stated on their website at all. I contacted Isudar about it, and they mentioned that PayPal fees are non-refundable as well. I mentioned to them that on their website (in the return policy) that AT MOST the shipping costs will be charged. There is nothing mentioned about PayPal fees. However they refuse to refund me the PayPal fees.
So for future customers of Isudar, Be warned!!!!!

Mi sono trovato davvero bene, consegna veloce e prodotto di ottima qualità. Lo conseglio a tutti. Preso un isudar t72 per fiat 500x. Funzionano tutti i settaggi dell’auto e recupera tutti i comandi. Soddisfattissimo.

Bought one ISUDAR 12.3 Inch Android 12 Car Radio For Toyota Corolla 2019-2023 GPS Auto Multimedia Stereo Player
from Isudar (386 Dollar). It was supposed to be sent from Poland but was sent from China instead so it took a long time before I received it.

The frame that came with it didn't fit plus it was broken when I received it. But I still wanted to try to make it happen. Then tried to connect everything. The first thing I tested was the reverse camera. It didn't work, but was a very noisy picture. Tried all settings with PAL and NTSC and Auto. Nothing worked.

This did not exactly give a sense of quality. So I ended up sending it back. Couldn't send it back to Poland but had to send it to China again. I had to pay $53 for shipping. I thought that was completely wrong. Bought a car stereo that neither fit nor worked. The customer shouldn't pay for that. If I wanted to buy another model that was prettier or something, the customer must pay the return fee. So I recommend NOT buying anything from ISUDAR. Bought from somewhere else instead.

I ordered the module from the China warehouse and received it quickly. It took me about two hours to install, replacing the old version with the new one. After the upgrade, the new version runs much smoother. The installation process was different from the old model and not as complicated. I'm very happy that I switched to this module!

Everything is good. The car model for the installation is the XC40. It's just a bit challenging to find the CAN underneath the passenger seat, but I managed to locate and connect it in other positions using the instructions provided by ISUDAR.

From the date of first installation of the unit it had a static/ white noise
Customer support delayed until return period was over
Then the zlink/ car play app stopped working
I was told to purchase a new radio to have CarPlay again
The 2year warranty is non existent

I Bought a T68 unit for my VW Installed it than microphone did not work, texted them they sent me external microphone I've tried it but it didn't work aswell, told them to replace or refund they said because of refund policy you have to do it within 15 days, but I have waited another 2 weeks for external microphone. Anyway now screen clips are broken, can not stick to the car head unit. Calls on Bluetooth and Carplay has no Sound at all and microphone doesn't work. its Been almost 1 year They are texting me with same solutions, They are trying to get rid of me. They don't answer the phones as well, I sent them couple of videos about the issues they still can't understand. What a waste company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, YOU ARE GOING TO WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!! THEY EVEN DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR !!!

Ho acquistato la radio per la jeep renegade a dicembre. Adesso mi ritrovo da 1 settimana che non mi funziona più il touch . Ho inviato e-mail ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Ho buttato via i soldi. Pessimi . Soldi buttati via .

T72 per toyota tav 4 Xa40 Ottimo prodotto con caratteristiche veramente da top di gamma. Ho acquistato anche tpms, dvr, Dab installati senza problemi. Assistenza sempre presente e pronta a rispondere e fornire aiuto per installazione e utilizzo.

Qualora aveste necessità di acquistare una radio Android sostitutiva della radio di serie non acquistate dal sito ISUDAR ,gestito in Cina, perché nel caso il prodotto risultasse difettoso nonostante sia ancora in garanzia, non vi sarà sostituito o con spese di spedizione a vostro carico dal costo pari a quello del prodotto acquistato oppure non vi sarà l'assistenza perché non hanno un centro assistenza al quale inviare la radio per la necessaria riparazione, senza considerare i tempi biblici per ricevere il prodotto acquistato. Statene alla larga.

I bought carplay at their store and it works great. Their customer service was very patient and answered all my questions.

Bluetooth wont connect to ODB sensor wifi is very very very weak had to run router into garage. Paint chipping day one from simply touching it.

they are scammers

I had an issue with touch screen not responding.
After contacting Isudar and explained, they sent me new touch screen without extra charge.

Liked the unit while it worked, stopped working after 10 month of use ( touchscreen + touch buttons started to glitch, pressed randomly, impossible to use unit ) , their support on Aliexpress told me to unplug and then plug in the cord from touchscreen, once it was unplugged it broke in my hands, and now I am without touchscreen and touch buttons, After that no answer provided from the support, trying to reach them with no luck. Where is my warranty ISUDAR, really liked your units !?

i baught t72 model for ford smax, and not work corectlly, seller do jot let return Iteam, not supportive at all. they have hi rate on alieexpress only because they offer something for 5 stars rate, i been offered free voice control, but what the point if radionot work. so be cerfull before you by from them
