I sent my 1999 Jeep Wrangler instrument panel to be repaired for a "no bus" fault. Sent to you on 05/29/2026. Your tech said it worked fine on their bench. Our Dealership had said the volt gauge was bad on an interment time. If your tech had let it sit on the bench for a bit of time, they would had experienced that fault. I now have the panel at the dealership, where they have rebuilt units to swap for mine. Disappointed in your non-efforts, plus was charged for a bench fee.

The unit arrived in good condition, my mechanic installed it in 2 hours and it is operating beautifully. Saved 1k over dealer install.

I like how quickly my cluster gauges came back but when I installed my supposedly fixed cluster gauges set in my 1997 chevy Tahoe I did notice that the temperature gauge was pointing strait down. That can’t be right.
I did proceed to fully install the cluster gauges set and turned over the engine the gauges all moved to their prospective readings ok but when i turned off the engine the engine temperature gauge dropped and points strait down. I know that can’t be right, so I don’t think that gauge got fixed or properly calibrated.

I sent my CUE Unit from my Cadillac Escalade in for repairs and paid for a life long warranty. The CUE Unit was sent back to me and did not work properly. I went through many diagnostic procedures recommended by ISS and nothing solved the malfunctioning CUE Unit. I had the Cadillac Dealership diagnose the problem with the Cue Unit and found that the CUE Unit was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. After the dealership replaced the CUE Unit everything worked fine. I asked for a refund from ISS Automotive and they never responded.

I am so surprised to find a company that is actually customer-oriented!! ISS AUTOMOTIVE's technical expertise was spot on, and they shipped the dash cluster in a well-packaged, shock-resistant box.

The dash cluster is an exact replacement for my 2003 Serra, and with LED illumination, it will outlast my truck. The directions are clear, concise, and easy to follow.

ISS Automotive stands behind their product and shipped a replacement for mine, which failed after three (3) years of usage!! Way to go, ISS Automotive!!
