I bought two eSIMs. An unlimited traffic, 10 days, and a 20GB traffic, 10 days, for Madagascar. I paid more than 100 USD for that.

Our mobile phones were constantly losing signal after a few minutes, which forced us to switch off and on the mobile data or, worse, to restart in some other though cases.

When connecting, also in area were one would have expected a good connection like the Airport, the service was really poor, like 2 or 3 Mbis/s.

I tried to contact the help line via the Android app but could not send any text as the message box was below the navigation buttons.

When back, I asked for a full reimbursement. They offered 50% since I did not contact them while in Madagascar. I explained that I tried, unsuccessfully so I wanted 100% but they never come back.

Stay away from this company!

Their free plan of 500MB seems to be scam. Checked on my and my girlfriend account both not working after registration. Used our real e mails and never used this company before also will never use and recommend you same.

I've been using this service in turkey for 30 days. My overall experience was nice, installing it was pretty standard like every other esim, i like that you can use 3 service providers (avea/turk telekom, turkcell and vodafone) a major downside (probably the fair use policy of the before mentioned service providers) is the lack of speed, in an earlier mentioned email i have been told that the speeds were around 5-10 mbps after using 1gb (fast speed around 50-100mbps) but with full service i got 2-3 mbps (using all service providers).

My allround opinion is a 9/10 not a 10 because of the speeds (it's probably not their fault.)

Habe eine eSim gekauft für 4 Tage in Malaysia und von Anfang an hat sie nicht funktioniert. Habe direkt dem Support geschrieben und falls die mir mein Geld nicht zurück geben oder das Problem lösen, fällt mir nur noch eins ein zu sagen: SCAM

Family of four, all iphones. Grabbed one World Unlimited eSIM and shared hotspot on the drive across New Zealand. Kids streamed Disney+with zero nagging about speed.

Needed just three days of service in Qatar. Found a tiny"Short Hop" plan and activated in minutes.Way cheaper than my carrier's $15/day roam fee.

Tethered my laptop on iRomly's Japan plan to a 2 GB video from Osaka café Wi-Fi kept dropping. Phone hotspot via iRoamly finished in nine minutes.

Grabbed the iRomly unlimited Italy eSIM for a two-week rail trip. Streamed Serie amatcheson the train without a single buffer wheel. Loved not worrying about"fair-use"caps.

Used a one day unlimited eSIM in Netherlands but speeds are capped to 10Mbps! This with a very good connection. I complained here and got a very nice and explanatory mail from Raymond from iRoamly and a refund.

I tried the unlimited data plan but this seems to be capped on speed. Still unlimited, but not full 4G/5G speeds. I tried other providers but they have even stricter limits, like daily allowances (for example 4GB full speed) and after that almost unworkable slow connections.

iRoamly should better communicate what to really expect because what they offer is not as bad as compared to others. If they communicate better then I have nothing to complain anymore.

When we stayed in Orlando, it didn't work at all. And I couldn't find any customer service.

They promised me unrestricted, unthrottled data but this failed to happen. My data WAS throttled. When I contacted them I was fobbed off with excuses and no proper explanation or any attempt to remedy the situation.

Had some trouble installing, but then it worked great. I used it for a 25 days lasting vacation in Vietnam.

Purchased an esim for Singapore, absolute bargain as the connectivity was great and fast. Setup was easy and I did it all before I left Australia. Only downside is that service seemed to be routed through Hong Kong, so had some issues with websites not loading properly in English with translation activated. Minor issue which I could work around. I would use iRoamly again for sure!

Was in Istanbul for a few days, and tried one of their eSIM bundles. It was easy, affordable, and I enjoyed perfect service for the duration of my trip. Would gladly recommend.

One sim didn’t work from the 4 purchased

Used an unlimited bundle for a vacation in Indonesia. Suddenly the internet speed dropped immensely. I wrote an email and it got solved right away. For Indonesia this is the best option I think since it guarentees the Telkomsel network (especially in mountainous places a must) and the customer service is excellent. I wrote this to tell everybody in Indonesia to contact support once internet speed drops a lot. This is due to the country’s fair use data regulation and not iRoamly’s fault. IRoamly will solve it with a back up esim.

De eerste dag had ik in het geheel geen internet. Na contact plotseling in de middag van de 2e dag : Internet. We verbleven 7 dagen in Singapore. De laatste 2 dagen geen internet. Eerst moest ik een andere pin gebruiken; werkte niet. Toen werd een deel van het geld teruggestort en moest ik maar een nieuwe e-sim aanvragen. Grootste probleem was dat ik moeilijk contact kreeg met mijn taxi en met het inchecken voor mijn volgende vlucht.
