Scam, e SIM doesn't work, support doesn't exist

speed becomes unusable after 10GB usage in the "unlimited" plan. Web browsing becomes very difficult and slow.

I got it for Korea. There was some trouble connecting when I landed but their chat customer service responded right away. After a but more tweaking it was working, and worked well throughout the trip.

When it comes to eSIMs, many aren't aware that eSIM providers don't run their own telecommunications companies around the world. They are resellers for companies that exists in a particular country.

So, paying an extortionate amount to the eSIM resellers with well recognised names is a total waste of money (you'repaying for advertising), so I tend to go for the reseller that gives me the best deal for my money. iRoamly has one of the better deals around. I purchased their 5Gb, 3 regional countries Asia package for 30 days and couldn't be happier with the pricing and ease with which it all just works when I land.

I've now renewed once and will continue to do so as long as they remain competitive.

It doesn’t work in Turkey. There is no customer service so of course no refund. Stay away.

There wasn't much review but still tried it. iRoamly works great in Korea!

The eSIM keep disconnecting from the network service. There is no true support service although it says 24x7. The chat is with an AI bot and no one answers in real support issue.
Avoid using them.

I used IRoamly during my three Month travels in every country: Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos en Thailand. Way cheaper than getting an abroad packagemaker from my home provider. Quickly installed in advance and works well, the only downside is that you cannot see how far along you are in the credits or don’t get a message when the chosen period ends, but you can check yourdata usage using the ‘roaming this period’ option of your phone

Due to my job, I work from various countries and rely on rock-solid internet for my activities. This time in Brazil, on December 10th, I bought iRoamly’s 10-day unlimited eSIM—the priciest option, figuring it meant top reliability. I was dead wrong.
The first day worked great, but by lunchtime on day two, the internet vanished. Day three? Still nothing.
I sent the company 3-4 emails begging for help. It’s now Monday, December 15th, and zero responses.
I had to scramble for another solution just to keep working.
Yesterday, the connection magically returned out of nowhere—smells like throttling, despite their “no throttling” claims.
1-star experience. Avoid.

I purchased an eSim for 7 days unlimited data in Hong Kong and Macau. Activation was really quick, no problem at all (an external connection such as Airport WiFi is required to install). I never experienced any breakdown in connectivity and signal coverage was never an issue. Support was very helpful as well for a topic which was not related to my eSim performance. This was my first ever eSim but surely I will consider iRoamly again for my next trips.

I really liked how easy it was to check my data balance through the app while I was in London. I even managed to top up my plan while waiting for the tube it was quick and super convenient

I purchased two esims for canada and most of the time I had no connection at all, sometimes not even in big cities like Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver. If you need to rely on your mobile internet for navigation or smth else, do NOT buy your esim from this provider.
