A nightmare of a service
A nightmare of a service, have paid 117 euro to delivery from Galway to London, when I printed the labels the wrong address for the receipent was on them. Irish parcels tried to blame me for putting in the wrong address!! I waited all day for collection nobody turned up
I now have to go and print new labels and see if they turn up to collect the parcels today

I can see the shipment was upgraded to express and arrived on the first estimated date you originally booked, I am very sorry for any inconvenience with the first collection. We are disappointed with a 1 star review, a number of staff worked on your case to ensure your item was collected and delivered on time and I do not feel 1 star reflects the service received. I understand this shipment was sometime ago now, however, I can arrange for a manager to contact you about this if you wish. Have a great Christmas.
TNT , MESSED UP THE COLLECTION
TNT did not collect on the scheduled day, this resulted in the delivery being delayed.
This wasout side the control of Irish parcels.

Dear Nick Dwyer, thank you for your feedback. I can see the courier attempted collection on the date you booked from a Rachel Dwyer at 11am but no one was available. The courier may not always be able to wait at the address and call the number provided due to the number of collections and deliveries they do each day, we do advise this, someone should be available at the collection address. We rebooked another collection for you but unfortunately, the driver was injured early that day and was unable to collect, we have rebooked another collection for you to get this item collected. I hope you can understand that we did everything to ensure this item was collected, the first failed collection was though no fault of Irish Parcels and the second was due to a genuine issue with the driver, which I hope you can appreciate. I understand a colleague is dealing with you via email, and if there is anything else we can help with simply let us know.

Picked up as scheduled and delivered next working in Ireland. Fantastic service that I'll definitely be using again.

Wouldn’t trust them to deliver pizza!
Booked and paid for the collection of a parcel from the UK.(80x80x40)
The next morning I had to ring their office to get the labels sent.
At the end of that day when the parcel should have been picked up, i get an email saying their system shouldn’t have allowed me to book the parcel as it was too big for the courier to collect. Instead of trying to get an alternative courier to Honour their contract they simply cancelled it, leaving me without a courier I’d already paid for. Be aware, under their terms and conditions they can cancel a contract at any time. They are not a courier company, they are a booking agent and an absolute joke of a company. They have no idea what customer service is. When I complained to their representative he told me their system had taken bookings it shouldn’t have several times that weekend. As if that made it alright. Do yourself a favor, if you value your parcel go directly to the courier companies.

Typical of your brand of customer service to blame the customer. This review was posted yesterday. It takes several days for Trustpilot to verify a review, but they will verify it as I have all your correspondence.
A parcel is defined as a wrapped object sent by post/courier. Your system had no problems booking, taking payment from me and sending labels (eventually) for it. A parcel that TNT (one of your trusted couriers) had no problem delivering to me today. You might also want to read your own website where it says “there are no set size or weight limits”

If you did book with us I am very sorry if your item was too large for the courier and we had to refund you. We deal in parcel shipping and it seems your item is very large and not suitable to send as a parcel.

I've chosen Irish Parcels among others…
I've chosen Irish Parcels among others since I've needed to have laptop delivered to buyer in UK but I wasn't certain if qualifies as restricted item.
Chat within their website on Sunday was available and my doubts got cleared, collection booked for next day. Item arrived within 4 days, delivered to buyers door in time when COVID19 wrecks almost every business. Will deal again.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Irish Parcels to anyone, that needs a first class service.Their customer service and attention to detail are second to none. From the initial easy to navigate booking for a quote,pick up and delivery - confirmation emails on intended pick up time, which has always been extremely accurate, following up with a fantastic tracking service and delivery always on time.
