Great, fast delivery

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! It has all the hallmarks of a scam! First of all the parcel was not collected on time then all interactions are using a different email, none from Irish parcel.ie. To access invoice about overweight claims, you need to click on a link, just like scammer. My parcel weighted 6.8kg, boxed in a box for A4 ream of paper, which I amended to be smaller. Suddenly it is weighing apparently 36kg and a bill of over E200 is requested. The parcel was collected by DPD, their parcel limit is 32.5kg so there is NO WAY the parcel they would have accepted a parcel that weighs 36kg. AVOID AT ALL COST, it is not worth it.

Sent a parcel from my office to myself in Europe. I declared the dimensions as 15 x 15 x 1 = 225 cubic cm

The package was a A5 padded envelope (standard dimensions are 17x24.5cm and in fact the shirt is 1cm think but lets include the envelope padding and say it was 2cm)

17x25x2 = 850 cubic cm WHICH according to your website is still €43.21 (which what I paid originally for the 15 x 15 x 1 = 225 cubic cm)

All of which is way less than 1 kg

IT IS ALSO DEFINITELY NOT 55 x 37 x 11cm as claimed by you for the oversized payment.

The price that I paid and the quote for the A5 envelope measurements which is STILL the EXACT SAME PRICE (regardless of the small size error).

Despite numerous requests for proof of the oversized item, it was never provided and received continuous demands for payment.

Won't be using them again!

Helpful staff, parcel got to Bali safely but needed a tax number from the recipient, which should have been put on the customs document which was done in your office. I was told it wasn’t needed as it was a gift
This tax number is a relatively new law in Indonesia, so if you have any more deliveries to that part of the world, please get the sender to get that number first so it can go on the custom’s declaration.

Rubbish third party service. I booked a courier and rang their customer service who were no help at all when asking why the parcel had no status. Then I rang DHL directly who told me I was lucky to have called them as Irish Parcel never even booked the parcel for pick-up. If I hadn't rang DHL the parcel would not have been picked up which is the whole point of Irish Parcels. Just go direct to the courier like DHL or DPD etc as other reviewers have also advised.

Quick reply to any questions or queries. Very good staff in destination country that organized for delivery with recipient and kept to agreed schedule.

Constantly kept me informed of the whereabouts of multiple shipments and Customs hold ups. Irish Parcels staff couldn’t do enough for both my company and my customers. 5/5 again👌

I found that the customs papers I had to complete were very difficult as I couldn't find the correct codes for some of the things, but anyway, I just didn't mention the hard to find items, I don't know if it's only Ireland that have this system, but the parcel got to nz unadulterated and nothing broken, so I'm very happy 😊

One star is too much.

I sent an Amazon return with ALL the correct import paperwork. The parcel sat in customs for weeks, didn't get delivered, and over two months later, they had the cheek to bill me for shipping back a BROKEN item that I didn't want.

I spent €32ish on shipping out, lost out on the €100 refund when it wasn't delivered, and they forced me to pay another €32 to ship it back. Irish Parcels cost me €164.

What REALLY boils my blood is that I paid extra for the shipping insurance, assuming I'd be covered for something like this - only to be told that the insurance they sold me didn't cover this and was completely worthless.

I'm absolutely disgusted with both the service, and the way I was treated by customer support.

How does it possible. I ordered this service because it says from door to door,, if I knew that I gonna spend all day long by waiting I would pay to someone to bring my boxes to post office.
Sure, I hope tomorrow all 3 boxes will be collected, because it two days my flight and I can't wait for you every day.

I wish I could give this company less than 1 star. I arranged a collection with TNT, no show. I cancelled that order and arranged a collection with Fed Ex, again no show. I ended up driving this package to Santry (from Cavan!) and had to ship directly with Fed Ex. They are very polite in the office, but offer no help or solutions. I gave them another chance after the first time I tried to ship with them and the same thing happened. If you are shipping an important business item that has to be somewhere on time then avoid this company. I am thoroughly disgusted with them.

Do not use!! Just a middle man for trying to deliver something go direct it's cheaper and easy to track!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID!!! ou price is 60% cheaper than the competitions??? Of course if you don't deliver the parcel! I can't put zero stars otherwise i would, i've been fooled by the positive reviews but after dealing with them im wondering if any of these positive reviews are real. I booked a collection the 20 dec for a parcel to be collected in UK and delivered to ireland. At first i thought it was great because they were quick enough to reply my email but all turned into a nightmare quick enough. Collection booked for the friday, at 4pm i was told from the person on site the courier didn't show up so i contact irish parcels customer service and the claimed Fedex courier was on site but he was told there was no parcel to be collected, strange but i believed them so rescheduled for the monday, gave contact number of the man on site in case needed,wait until monday and at 3pm same story, no parcel collected, this time the excuse was " business closed" so i contact the person on site asking explanations and he said it's a business we are open 8am till 6pm, 4 people in it and no courier showed up. from there they closed for xmas holidays so back the 3rd time in january 2024, guess what?? same story! not collected because business was closed so the 3rd time i start loosing the patience since in between all this i had to send several emails and make phone calls between them and the person on site. At the question why Fedex courier did not contact the man on site the answer was " the couriers does not have mobile phones" never seen a courier without a mobile phone in 20 years dealing with couriers. so they start blaming me saying the collection did not went trough because the company name didn't exist and the address was wrong so at that stage when i realised was all a big scam i provided the pictures with the building with a huge sign of the company name and proved that was the right address so they had to back up since they're excuse didn't work out. Again with all the info they rescheduled the collection ( or thats what they wanted me to believe) unfortunately i knew they did not rescheduled anything with FEDEX, 12 january after nearly 1 month, a huge amount of time lost and huge amount of money lost for parcel storage they still came back with the same excuse so cctv video check, guess what? not once the courier was there to collect my parcel, I leave to your imaginations what Fedex has to say in relation to this shipping! don't waste your time and don't waste your money with Irish parcels you will regret it! Now i hope i don't have to see another silly excuse under this review like in all negative review because i had enough of lies

Mark in customer service is brilliant so helpful sent my parcel from Ireland on the 1st to Australia and it arrived 5 days later so happy with parcels. Ie
