Beware: Mass-produced items misrepresented as handcrafted
I recently purchased three laundry baskets from this vendor (two "Cat Parade" and one "Coastal Harmony"). I ordered them based on website photos and descriptions showing a beautiful, handcrafted look made with quilted fabric and padded handles.
What I actually received was a completely different, cheap, mass-produced product. It appears the vendor took a picture of a handcrafted item and sent it off to a factory to have it mass-reproduced. When I emailed customer service to share my disappointment, they offered me 25% off and a clothing item instead of a real solution. I followed up a second time to refuse their offer and point out the product discrepancy again, but they did not resolve it.
I would never have ordered these had I known what would actually be sent, and returning them overseas to get my money back is not a reasonable option. I am leaving this review strictly to warn other customers: what you see on this website is absolutely not what you will receive.

Bought the Pearl Shell Shine Laundry Basket for my wife. She liked it so much that she asked me to order a second one for a different room. The first one was delivered on time and we are now waiting for the second one. We were able to get a nice discount on the additional laundry basket!

This company is a scam! The return has to be shipped to China with you paying the international fees. Instead of returning they offered 30% back to the original payment in 3-5 day but never received it. Now they say it is being forwarded to their team for processing and should be processed 24 hours. Haha.
Buyer BEWARE!

I was afraid to order these, due to all the scams. Their service was great and I’m delighted with the quality!

The top I ordered fits very well and really like the colors. Easy to order and received in good time.

I love the sweater. It is soft and squishy like a sweater should be. I can't wait to wear it. The weather is getting chillier!
This was a replacement for something I purchased and returned. It was delivered quickly.

The item is pretty. However it doesn’t stand up as it looks in the photos.

Won't give refund. The overall legs are 1 foot wide. Unless you have that wide of an ankle or leg do not order.

The pics online are EXTREMELY MISLEADING. I dont know if they are paying people to give good reviews. Dont buy this. They also are not responding to my request to return.

The little gathers at the shoulders are what made me choose this top. They give it some shape without making it look fussy. The buttons match nicely and the inside seams are finished cleanly. I had a question about washing it, and customer service gave me a straightforward answer. My order arrived near the start of the delivery window, folded in an individual bag inside the shipping envelope.

Scam company. They misrepresent their products and don't ship but say they have.

This product is garbage. The company is a fraud. They’re not in any way affiliated with Texas. BEWARE! Their return policy is ridiculous. They won’t refund all your money yet expect you to pay big money to return it TO CHINA! It took months to arrive. And it’s very poor quality. Don’t fall for the pretty pics on Facebook like I did!!!

Absolute fraudulent advertising. I did not get the $50 bag I ordered. Texted back and forth multiple times. Was offered $15 to keep the bag or return it to China- at my expense. Extremely disappointed. Never order from them.

I ordered the large laundry baskets. They are not like the picture on the website, they are blurry printed quilted material. Picture on website looks like embrodered quilted and much more stable material. Don't buy from this company. They misrepresent themselves as from Austin and their pictures are not what you get. So sad that companies in China do this. I regret this purchase and got ripped off! I saw an ad on Facebook that is probably fake too! So sad!!

Just as lovely and bright as shown in picture;my previous basket hamper fits perfectly inside making it sturdy enough to stand freely! Bonus😉

Quality excellent. Colors bright a d beautiful

The bag is well made, very pretty. I ordered the large because the small looked too small in the pictures. The large bag is extremely large. I wish I had ordered a smaller size.

Ordering and delivery was great. The ad photos make it look more like true appliqué, not just printed so that was disappointing. It is really cute though !

Beautiful laundry basket. Great communication from seller. Easy shopping experience.

Horribly deceptive. This company does a good job of appearing to be a legitimate and quality producer of goods inspired by Austin, TX. Nothing is handmade or American made. All products come from China but you won’t see that on their website. The products pictured are enhanced to look handmade but are mass produced. I ordered a quilted bag that appeared textured and unique on the website but is actually a photo of a quilted pattern that is simply printed onto a cheap plastic bag. I am so sick of lying and deceptive companies getting away with this and would like their websites shut down. Iris and Nora are perpetrating FRAUD.
