Feel like a fool,And husband us really upset as thought he was doing the right thing in surprising me for my birthday.Saw this site and mentioned this to my husband,as saw pictures of items. Unfortantly he brought me 5 items for my birthday,sizing is completely out.Dreadful material.Fooled into thinking it was from UK.. When it was from China.Looks nothing like photos.all size large yet wouldn't even fit an 11 year old.Not only were the items late totally ruined my birthday. I refuse to Pay to have it sent back to China.This company needs to highlight from China,and high light you will be charged to send it back to China..NOT UK..Husbands dont look at small print.

Quality very cheap material isn't quilted hoodie it just looks quilted from print ,not a warm item with no inside lining definitely not worth £29.99 😖 I feel like I've been scammed again!! Will not be paying £25 to return it to China! I'm so disappointed with this company and will definitely not be using again!!

Turned up on time, Love the bright colours and the feel of the hoodie.

Jacket arrived yesterday and I am thrilled with it! Good quality, perfect fit, and it looks fabulous on me!! Thank you for your excellent service and product.

The hoodie was a gift for my Niece. I haven’t given it to her yet but I know she will love it.

Kept well informed about delivery. The item i ordered was exactly as I expected it to be, it was the beautiful quilted colourful hoodie. The fit is perfect.

Not obvious that it was going to come from China. Cheap and nasty materials

Quick delivery and the top is lightweight and warm ideal for the autumn when it’s cool in the evenings

I would strongly recommend checking the company’s returns policy carefully before placing an order.

In my experience, the items I received were poor quality and did not fit. When I tried to return them, I was told that I would have to pay the postage to return the goods to China, despite the company giving the impression that it operates from Europe and listing a trading address in Rotterdam.

The cost of returning the goods to China can be significant. I was also offered a partial refund while keeping the items rather than being provided with a straightforward return process.

I found this concerning because the website gives the impression of a European-based business, whereas the proposed return destination was China.

I have also noticed references to another name, including “Manchester Boutique”, in emails connected with the order, which added to my concerns.

I believe consumers should be made aware of the return arrangements before ordering. I am also considering reporting my experience to the relevant UK consumer protection authorities so that the company’s practices can be looked into.

Please check the returns address, who pays return postage, and the company’s actual legal/trading details before ordering.

Not as thick as I was expecting& doing up on the wrong side for ladies . It would look better with a dark lining.

Advertise as though they are in UK ,when in fact in China. Ordered a garment that is inferior quality and worth a few pounds , which they advertised as half price for £30. However , despite stating 100 % refund…making it really difficult to return and looking like postage to China…then still not sure of a refund.

I recently bought a suit from this Company, which arrived yesterday and bore no resemblance to the product described.. it was nylon material and completely unsuitable.
Again, like previous Customers have stated, I contacted the Company who have offered me a discounts another item on their website, or return back to China !
Completely dissatisfied and will not be ordering again.

Delivery was a tad longer than I thought it would be but the products were good and looked very nice …

I was very disappointed with both the dress and the returns process.

The dress itself was poor quality, did not fit well, and was 95% polyester/5% spandex, which I had not seen disclosed on the product page.

My main issue, however, is with the very prominent “100% Happiness Guarantee”, which says you can return an item within 14 days for a full refund, “no questions asked”.

What is much less obvious is that returns have to be sent to the company’s warehouse in China at the customer’s expense.

I was told the parcel had to be fully tracked and sent DDP, with any customs charges potentially also my responsibility.

The company did offer me a 30% refund if I kept the dress, but a full refund required the international return. Their own returns policy says return postage to China is typically around £25. As I had paid only £29.95 for the dress, returning it made very little financial sense.

To be fair, the China return information does appear in the Refund Policy, but in my view it is nowhere near as prominent as the “100% Happiness Guarantee”. Had I realised before ordering that a return would need to go to China at my expense, I would not have purchased.

I won’t be ordering from Nottingham Boutique again.
