Ryan is absolutely amazing and really helped me when I was in a huge bind. My phone had broken the day before and I had gone looking for help on Sunday. However, everywhere was closed! Yet, I walked by "I Repair Mac's" and Ryan said that he would help me even though the store was officially closed. He is extremely kind and helpful and I cannot thank him enough. He fixed my phone quickly since I was leaving London the following day. My phone is working perfectly now where it would not even turn on before. I seriously recommend this place!!!

a few days back , my laptop shut down , Ryan did a great job restoring it , and made it possible in a very short time as i was very time poor and needed the data . Thanks much Ryan and i would recommend it any time.

6 months ago I cracked my iPad screen and took it to a shop in Bromley. They replaced it with cheap glass that recently broke again. Last week then, I took it to Ryan at 'i repair mac's' and he did a great job. He knows what he is doing and he uses good quality materials, plus he is friendly and professional. He even took the time to remove some glue from my iPad that the previous shop had used under the sides of the screen. I wish that I came to Ryan in the first place, but never too late!

Ryan provided excellent friendly service when fixing my water damaged laptop. He explained all the work and costs up front, kept me updated throughout and made sure I was aware of options available. Really glad his shop is conveniently close to me work. Definitely recommend

I came to 'I Repair Mac's' with severe hard disk and passport problems, and the service I received there was extremely efficient and understanding. Now I have a Mac that is as good as new and all my lost passport files have been retrieved. The guys who run the shop are friendly, articulate and knowledgeable, and their fees are very reasonable. All in all, an excellent face-to-face service that I would recommend to anyone. Any future problems with my mac and I will certainly be coming back here.

I have used I Repair Mac's a few times, mainly because they are local to me. However, they have never let me down a single time. Before I used to go to Apple on Regent Street, and it was always a nightmare. One que after the another. So I am happy to write a review for my local mac repair shop, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Ryan was very flexible and transparent in the options, timing and cost of replacing my iMac's hard drive. Would highly recommend.

The Repair Mac's store the place to repair your macs, Ryan is friendly and knows what he is dealing with, I had two macs with two different issues and he managed to fix them in a short delay as he knew I was in a rush. I would really recommend it.

I went to repair Mac's for my iphone. The screen and the display were cracked. The repairs have done in 1 day and I am super happy with the result ! I will definitively recommend their services.

I had an accidental water damage on my laptop and Ryan was able to fix this for me when I thought my laptop was broken for good. Obviously, each case is different but it was a huge relief that it is now back in working order having spilt a lot of water over the key board. Hopefully this is the last of my accidental escapades but if not I will come back to I Repair Mac's for further Mac issues.

Macbook Pro was repeatedly crashing having never been serviced before. I took it to Ryan at I Repair Mac's and he was very honest and transparent about the possible causes and likely costs to repair. He was very quick in identifying the issue so really worth popping in if you want to sense check what this issues may be. Really appreciated his flexibility on what repairs could be done within my budget and the laptop is now running perfectly. In the end, he even did a few additional jobs at no extra cost. I would highly recommend his business as he's genuinely trying to deliver the best service without trying to rip you off.

Great service, very thorough - went through the various options for my broken laptop and my bill was far cheaper than I expected! Laptop now almost good as new, even though I thought it was at the end of its lifespan. They threw in some extra cleaning for free and were very helpful throughout. Will definitely recommend when any of my friends need laptop repair service.

My MacBook Pro crashed. Nothing accessible, no reboots working. iRepair took it in, analysed what was wrong and explained the various options available and the pros and cons of each. In the end, I decided with their advice to replace the hard drive. This may have seemed like an expensive option but the merits and demerits of going down this route were explained to me in a clear non-techie email. Whilst my computer was on the old side (in this modern world), nonetheless the restoration of the hard drive has given me a MacBook Pro which is as good as new (whereas I would have had to throw it away as useless without iRepair's help) and most importantly, various drafts of documents were restored which I thought had been lost forever.

At every stage, the service of iRepair was professional, clear and helpful. A really good service and I am a picky customer and a nervous customer when it comes to anything computer related.

I have had problems with my Macbook Air twice now and Ryan from IRepair has helped and Fixed my Laptop both times. Really Happy with the Service and I would def come back if anything were to happen again! If you are having problems I would highly recommend visiting the store!
There are a lot of repair shops in London but this is def the best and most trustworthy one I know!
