I have just found I am being charges 49.70 euros every month since last January for nothing no idea how or why.
I have been onto the bank they will only go back 110 days if they agree to reimburse me?

I am now without a card because mine has been blocked.

Company trying to take money from my account luckily the cc company blocked it.

I don't even remember what test i took (on Facebook), I only remember paying €0.50 since it seemed so cheap. Nowhere it said it would start a subscription. Then 2 days later boom €47.90 from my credit card. I immediately sent them an email to cancel any subscription and refund me. But it was also a lucky guess where actually to send the email, cause of course I didn't have any confirmation email from them that i did make a payment or made a subscription. I based my search by the description on my credit card statement. Luckily they refunded. But I'm still worried it will happen again next month. This is surreal.

A few days later,
after my complaint they refund my paiment of €39 back to my account!

Same happened to me. Paid for a 50 cent test. Today I found out that I have been paying 50 euro per month for the last 6 months. Only way to get this fixed is by blocking my creditcard.

Now I hope I can get my money back through the authorities.

I paid for an IQ test and either because I didn't read the terms or they were not made visibly clear, I cant remember because I probably just clicked every box I came across (probably), I found myself being debited for a subscription which I otherwise couldn't afford.

I emailed them to say I was not aware of this and they have been very quick to respond and after providing a few details for them they explained why it happened and have refunded me.

I am rating this based of their customer service towards me. It will also be a lesson for me to be more observant in future when making any such online purchases.

It's a total scam it cost roughly fifty cents USD up front but then the very next day signs you up for a $50/month subscription without telling you. It cost me $200 before I noticed, and now im disputing the charges with my bank to hopefully get my money back.

Did an IQ test on Hpy IQ Fast and got my results for €.50, and then a few days later, they charged my account €48. Luckily, my bank marked it as fraudulent and I wasn't charged. I've yet to have any explanation about this.

Sólo hice un test de inteligencia y pagué por él. Ahora todos los meses me cobran 39 euros y no hay manera de cancelar la suscripción que YO NO HICE. Eso son casi 500 € al año, así por la cara. Voy a intentar cancelar la suscripción ya por 3ª vez.

Après un prélèvement de 0,50€ lors d'un test de QI, cette société m'a prélevé la somme de 47,90€ sans aucun consentement de ma part.
La seule solution est de bloquer la carte.

Disputing charge with credit card company. Shame on them

Scam scam scam! Trying to dispute transaction with my credit card company. If everyone is reporting them how are they still allowed to operate?

Scammers! If you pay 0,5e for the IQ test result in your email, they charge 47,90e to your account in a couple of days without any notice or warning!

I intend to report the matter to the police.

Offered 0.50 cents for an IQ test and then takes $30 out of your account a few days later without any consent, and just to make it worse when I found out and canceled on them I lost another $50.

They will charge you 50 cents for the results… to later try to charge you 48€ without consent. Luckily my bank blocked the transaction
